  • @LordGeorgeRodney also, neetherlands continue beeing part of spain, and spain recover its economy in few years and kept other wars against the turkish empire and france.

  • @LordGeorgeRodney That battle in which England had against the Ships of Phillip II was no more than one happy year, cause the next year the English sent a bigger naval army that was destroy by the Spaniards. There were 200 english and dutch ships and 20 000 men, 11 000 men were killed, and only 900 Spaniards died, and England enter into a bankrupt period, also that war, that is called Anglo-Spanish War , ended with the treaty of london , and it benefited spain more than england

  • @luixFerful

Spain sent Armadas in 1596 & 98 & were failures..

Spain ended being bankrupt after this & had to give up the 7 provinces after Anglo Dutch victories in Holland..

  • @LordGeorgeRodney The battle of Cartagena de Indias the English Expedition and The War of the Jenkins Ear!

Spain always kicked the british asses until 1808, in which spain was in a war against napoleon and at the same time a civil war.

  • @luixFerful

Spanish were defeated in Spanish Succession war (Gibraltar & Menorca surrendered) Quadruple Alliance war & Anglo Spanish war 1727 (Gibraltar held)

The Spanish were beaten in 1808 Cadiz was blockaded and the Spanish fleet defeated in 1805..

convoys were intercepted by RN like at Rota in 1808... Trinidad surrendered to England in Amiens treaty...

  • @LordGeorgeRodney

you must understand something...this stupid " luixFerful " is a uriguayan "mestizo"

(a small, poor republic of South America) mestizo who feels ashamed of his shit- country , so he tries to fuck everybody (on youtube)...specially The British

  • @LordGeorgeRodney Man, you should read about the Counter Armada or the English Armada 1589, in which Elizabeth sent 200 ships and 20 000 men against spain and Philip, and there were 11 000 english killed by Spaniards and only 900 Spaniards died.

Also you can read about British invasions of the Río de la Plata 1806 and 1807, in wich spain kick the british asses two times.

And what about 1710 when blaz de lezo with only a spanish frigate capture 11 british ships including the Stanhope.

  • @luixFerful LOL!

The counter Armada ? Not as big as Spain's

we returned with out armada & trashed Cadiz in 1596 ..

The majority of the battles was won by the English in the end..

The war was more favourable to England.. it was not Catholic, Spain was weakened lost the protestant Netherlands (with English help) and the Spanish expedition was defeated in Ireland...

The English had established its New World and the East India company was established ergo the birth of the British empire..

  • Dude! Talk about Cartagena de Indias, or English Expedition, or The War of the Jenkins Ear!

SPAIN CRUSHED United Kingdom from 1500 to 1800. That's all.

  • @SsKievete United Kingdom crushed Spain... 1588-1808..lol!

Remember the biggest defeat Havana 1762!

More ships surrendered 10,000 killed or captured!

And look at Gibraltar defeated 4 times in 18th century!

    OUCH!

  • My Lord, you disappoint me. As your fellow Briton and historian Richard Holmes (I'm reading his excellent "Redcoats" right now) puts it, "the 1588 campaign was a major English propaganda victory, but in strategic terms it was essentially indecisive". Not only that, may I add, it was not at all the end of Spanish supremacy or even the beginning of the end.

It was a disaster, yes, and an invasion was prevented. But the unusually strong storms were real cause. They sunk 50 ships, you just five.

  • @HerrOttoKranz LOL!

Battle of Gravelines the Spanish lost 5 ships sunk captured or destroyed

The English lost no ships and used up all the ammunition to batter the daylights out of the rest of the Spanish fleet.

It was a naval victory outright...

The consequences of this and the strategic victory at Calais where the English fireships caused the Spanish fleet to run away and cut their anchors was disastrous.,,

  • @LordGeorgeRodney I have never said the English didn't win. It was a naval victory, yes, but without the storms it would have had a very minor impact. Also, it was a defensive victory: to say it was the beginning of the end for the Spaniards is simply false. It's not me who says it, but a serious researcher like Richard Holmes.

The Armada occupies a place in English history similar to that of the Peninsular War in ours, and patriotic exaggerations are normal. But let's not mix truths and myths.

  • spanish armada was the start of spain decline? xdxdxdxd FALSE!!!!

  • hahahahah the beginning of spain,s power decline asa apower was in battle of downs 1639 and rocroi 1643.

    english loss was only 100

Of course, you forgot the disentery epidemic.8000 english died.

spanish armadas sent after 1588 was defeated complety by storms. English ships were not present. The last battle of anglospanish war was ostend (1604) spanish victory.

  • @ANTIHYTLERS

    LOL!! You think?

At Ostend the English under Vere defeated the Spanish attack in January 1602

But the English and Vere left in1602 to fight with Maurice..

So the last battle we won and we won at Kinsale and Castlehaven in Ireland where Spanish surrendered!!

  • @LordGeorgeRodney english defeated the spanish attack in 1602.

and? one attack in 3 years of battle. Ostend surrended to the spanish troops in 1604 and james. king of england supplicated the peace.

  • @ANTIHYTLERS It was pyrrhic victory for Spanish ..lol!

Like I said English fought Maurice .. most of them left by end of 1602.. ha ha! 74,000 Spaniards casualties was it worth it? LOL!!

King James knew enough was done.. England saved from Catholicism as well as Ireland and new found protestant Netherlands safe from Spanish papist hands

    : D

  • @LordGeorgeRodney

LOOOOOOOL every time I see your coments I can see that you are a causalities manipulator. You said: "In siedge of ostend were 74.000 causalities" xdxd it was all spanish troops during the siedge. Spanish causalities 30.000 vs 40.000 english&duch deads+15.000english&duch captureds!!! and other 30.000 civillians. insignificant victory? it was one of the largest cities in North eurpe!! English in netherlands? total defeat!

  • @belac0r92 Sorry total defeat for Spanish in Netherlands in you mean.

English helped Holland win their freedom. Nuff said really.

    Protestants defeated the Catholics

  • Fuck the english and their anglican church, created for the convenience of the King to divorce all the times that he wanted. The english suck balls in the siege of Cartagena de Indias. By sea they are strong, but in land are no match against the Spanish Lion. Viva España Champion defender of the Catholic church, the one and only founded by Jesus Christ !!

  • @braven117

Look at Gibraltar Spain pawned on land and see!

    : )

  • @LordGeorgeRodney Look at the United States, England totally pawned on land and see ! The Colony surpassed the Metropolis.

  • @braven117 what has that got to do with Gibraltar?

    Lnad and sea?

Check Battle of the Saintes De grasse was captured and his fleet destroyed .

  • English make me sick .. history is always written by the victors

  • @1elgalle1 Exactly written by us,

  • @ LordGeorgeRodney USA HAS MORE OR LESS AS COUNTRY Spain 250 years have egitians grecks millennia millennia britain romans machupuchu usred Aztecs are a bad beer traagi l RUSSIA GREAT AWAKENING that is accelerating DREAGON CHINESE GRAND ..

  • @1elgalle1 I THINK WARS used as understood AS THOSE ALIENS Asymmetric Warfare in other galaxies KILLING iNNOCENT COSMIC AND tECHNOLOGY WITH A VAN AUNASI iF MORE THAN 200 DEAD AMERICAN STRUGGLES LE DAIS SANEIS nO cREDIBILITY tO MANY tO TANK ETC BLAKBIR AMERICA IS JUST ALPACHE will have to sell their technology if they want to s their country to remain as at 29 HEALTH

  • And definitely you didn0t win more battles to us xdxd. We did. Just you win more if you consider the pirate attacks or the theft. Is like to considere a victory if a spanish man dock an english man in the streeet. It is completly absurd!!!

and you won in the end? we are talking about the history. aren't we? so no matter who won at the beginning or end.

  • @belac0r92 ha ha ! Pathetic excuse again privateers with a letter of marque from the King or Queen simple!

  • @LordGeorgeRodney But a letter of marque don't makes the privateers less criminals. we are in the same place, if spanish king give a letter of marque to the spanish robber he will be a national hero? I don't think so.

This is becouse a nation isn't a better nation having better robbers. Do you know the diference between a robber and a soldier?

    Privateers =pirates =robbers = criminals (no=) soldiers

"rule Hispania, Hispania rule the waves... xd"

  • @belac0r92 Why are you talking of privateers? Besides our army & navy wooped your ass many a time anyway.

One of Spain's biggest defeats was Havana 1762

a very honourable surrender which included 5,000 Spanish soldiers & sailors and 20% of the entire Spanish fleet!

    : D

  • @LordGeorgeRodney

I talk about the privateers because you insist on equating robberies with military victories.

And Battle of La Rochelle: 40 English warships lost. 100% of the English fleet

    : D

  • @belac0r92

    LOL!

    Battle of Margate 1387

    Franco Castillian invasion fleet destroyed!!

    : D

We always win in the end!

  • @LordGeorgeRodney

You always win at the end? xdxd don't make me laugh plsxd

1- 100 years war: British disaster.

2- Anglo-spanish war (1585-1604): English armada ouch!!, Battle of Blaye, Drake and Hawkins expedition to the Caribbean, Drake and Hawkins expedition to the canary islands!!!! ouch!

3- War of jenkins ear: Cartagena de Indias, Battle of Santiago de Cuba.

4- American war of independence: Bernardo de Gálvez expulse British of Manchak, Baton Rouge and Natchez, And battle of Pensacola.

  • @LordGeorgeRodney

5- Anglo spanish war 1625-1630: Siedge of Breda, Cadiz Expeditiom (Edward Cedil Humillation) and the succesfull expedition to Saint Kitts and Nevis.

This is how to win at the end. ;)

  • @belac0r92

    LOL!!

    Anglo Spanish war 1655

    Jamaica X3

    Tenerife, Cadiz, Mardyke

Now that is how to win in the end!! he he he!!

  • Never spanish netherlands were surrended.

  • WTF? you said Spain surrendered the netherlands to the protestants duch and english?

It is an historical blasphemy!! All the spanish European territory was separated from it so it was decided in the covenant of Utrecht (1714) as a result of the war of Spanish succession. (a civil war).

And every pretender to the throne had a part of the empire. Philip V Spain ans the colonies. And Charles VI of Austria NETHERLANDS, Naples, and Milan. Sicilly to the duc of Saboya.

  • I'm just saying you give too much importance to the battle of neuwpoort. But not many people can say they defeated the Spanish trercios, so I guess a win is a win no matter how sterile it resoult.

I guess you looked too "victorias españolas contra la perfida albion" (Spanish Victories against perfidious Albion) although it is in Spanish. I'm so tired of reminding the many battles won Spain to GB.

    REX HISPANORUM REGUM.

  • @belac0r92

LOL! On Catholic soil and the Pyrrhic victory of Spanish siege of Ostend no wonder the Spain surrendered the Netherlands to the Protestants Dutch and English lol! : )

By the way Brits won more battles against the Spanish and we won in the end

that's the difference pal. sniff sniff

  • Battle of nieuwpoort the battle achieved nothing. The Dutch lines of communication had already been stretched to the limit and Maurice was soon forced to withdraw as well.

And just 500 more causalities against more troops number.

    Spanish tercios invictus!!

  • @belac0r92 LOL!

Pathetic excuse! Can't even admit Tercios were defeated one on one!

    : )

  • Typical English demagoguery. Just nonsense and lies that they believe based mask the reality. So many war stories, so much nonsense, and only took from the Spanish territory that the Spanish were not interested or had little interest in defending. Small Caribbean Islands, Jamaica, Belize and Guyana ...

Occupation of Spanish ports in America that lasted a few months and the dress of great victories, hahahha, ignorant English In England they never tell the truth of things, just lies??

  • @Brodomor ha ha ha ha!!

    Havana 1762 a lie?!!

11,000 Spanish iclduing 5,000 surrendered and more ships captured than at Trafalgar 1805!

You kidding me? That is the truth so deal with it.

Spanish king humiliated he tried to invade Portugal who had help with the British and was defeated with !!

The worst defeat in Spain's history and they had help from France too!!

WOW what a calamity!! hilarious!! The truth BITCH!!

    IT HURTS!!

  • @LordGeorgeRodney You only talk about war stories ... But that takes away England to Spain?? The weather was in Havana by the English?? That got England colonies in America?? Only it was not interested in Spain, small Caribbean islands, Belize, Guyana and North Usa. England to Spain never became all territories in Spain's interest except Gibraltar, but that was in decline Spanish.

  • @Brodomor The weather in Havana

    the weather of victory!

    Pathetic excuses...

  • @LordGeorgeRodney weather? What did that have to with it.

    Another excuse

you sound like a Frenchman LOL!!

  • @Brodomor Bring on the excuses how about Trinidad you want to blame the weather for that too

    Or how about Manila 1762

You can't use excuses for everything you know..

  • In great siege of Gibraltar, 30,000 spanish and 30,000 french couldn't conquer gibraltar. But "just" 6,000 spanish-freanch deads or wounded, but in Cartagena de indias 11,000 brits DEAD.

obiously Cartagena de indias more humillating than siege of gibraltar.

  • @belac0r92 WRONG!

60,000 Spanish and 5,000 French soldiers

6,000 were kiled or wounded from British fire

At Cartegena there were 1,100 casualties from Spanish fire and the rest to disease...

    that is the difference buddy!

Also at Havana 5,000 Spanish surrendered and lost more ships more than surrendered at Trafalgar in 1805!!

  • waaaaau!! the best military english hero in history was a fuking pirate.

Siege of Gibraltar is far bigger battle than Cartegena????? xdxd are you joking?

  • britist didnt want to fight against spanish body for body......they have afraid of the tercios....

  • @punxier Kinsale and Nieupoort?

    LOL!

  • Siege of Gibraltar 1779-83 is far bigger battle than Cartegena and we won only 5,000 men against 60,000 Spaniards with 50 ships!

    : )

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

    Cartagena de Indias 1741

Sorry I can't stop laughing at the English

They even made medals with the fake victory, guess where they are now...

    LOL LOL LOL LOL

  • thief

  • Why is there so many dislikes, its the truth.

  • @mwillis1000

It is too hard for them to bear!

    he he!

  • @LordGeorgeRodney

    LOL, true!

  • While you spanish and fukin Brits fight,we french are havin wars with fukin uk

  • @12345668587 British=United kingdom, Signiur.

  • @martinwellborne

    THIS GUY IS A PEDOPHILE!!!!

  • @martinwellborne

If you want we continue this conversation in Spanish.... Do you want, ignorant?

  • @nachopulp

I took a look to your channel and I know whre you will be celebrating Christmas... In a peep show in Thailland you fucking PEDOPHILE!!!! How do you like girls? Under 12????

  • @martinwellborne

    ¨Medieval crap" .... it´s clear you´re a complete ignorant. LOL!

  • @martinwellborne

    That's right Paki

  • @nachopulp

Spanish are coming to England like

Looks like you are the 'Paki' now bitch!

  • @martinwellborne

A British talking about slavery and genocide? jajaja that''s hilarious... Ask hindues or people living under extreme poverty in Africa or north american natives that were wiped out from the earth surface when british arrived in they're proud of your legacy.... And your're probably the only muslim talking here because I'm pretty sure sure that your mum fucked a Paki.....

  • @martinwellborne

You don't have a clue of what you're talking about.... Cut the bullshit, research and then talk...

  • @martinwellborne

    you mean this video, right?

  • @martinwellborne Correct mate

  • @martinwellborne, the Aztecs, Mayans, and Incas had very corrupt cultures and people died by the hundreds due to sacrifices to the gods. There are some cultures which are not meant to survive. The Spanish put a halt to these heathen rituals.

  • The British Empire try to be enemy of Spain but the most ferocious enemy of Spain was the Turkish Empire. The English people are bad soldiers.

The British Empire after 300 years trying to take some territory only got rocks, islets and defeats.

The national heroes Nelson and Drake, lost their boats Revenge and HMS Emerald taken by the Spanish

Everything else are the James Bond tales

  • @cineaccion3

    LOL!

Tenerife with Blake the Spanish lost an entire fleet!

Same again at Trafalgar how many how many?

    OUCH!!

Nelson took 2 huge Spanish ships of the line now that is unheard of !

  • @LordGeorgeRodney But then of course you can't really steal from thieves, considering the Spanish were already looting the Aztecs!

  • @cineaccion3 The most ferocious enemy of spaniards were the spaniards... Blas de Lezo a great spanish hero (the biggest defeat of englishmen) was forgotten for our own King who was envious of him as other heroes more

Englishmen treat their pirates as heroes while Spaniards forget their heroes because of jealous, envy, ect..

  • @Wyllydejerez Facts! all nations Pirates back then! (ALSO CALLED PIRATEERS) and spanish pirateers were seen as supoort for the spanish navy. if you cant see that then your biassed. Nelson was not a pirate and yes Nelson did suffer a defeat in the tenerife. Spanish were better prepared than had been expected and had secured strong defensive positions. Several of the boats failed to land at the correct positions in the confusion and yes Blas de Lezo did great acheivements.

  • @Wyllydejerez Facts all nations Pirates back then! (ALSO CALLED PIRATEERS) not just England and spanish pirateers were seen as supoort for the spanish navy.

  • @cineaccion3 Facts all nations had Pirates back then! (ALSO CALLED PIRATEERS) not just England and spanish pirateers were seen as supoort for the spanish navy. Nelson was not a pirate. Drake was and he lived many many many years before Nelson. plus Britians biggest enemy was france not spain.

  • Great old times. Spain fighting alone againist Muslims (ottoman empire), Dutch, French and of course the Pirates (British)!

Hail Spain, the saviour of Christianity!

  • @nachopulp

"savior of Christianity " sorry but you forget 732 battle of poitiers .

  • @jeffkodiac

You're partly right. That battle was decisive against islam, nut it did not completely remove the threat as later on was proved with the Turks. Spain fought the mighty Ottoman Empire for more than two centuries, and the cenit was the battle of Lepanto which Some historians have held to be the most decisive naval battle anywhere on the globe since the Battle of Actium of 31 BC. By the way, by that time the Turks had an alliance with the Franks (France)..

  • @nachopulp After the battle of Poitiers , the Franks fight some battle and had repulsed the muslims out of France , you know some historians also consider this battle as one of the most important of the humanity history . And i see some time ago that Franks knight with Spanish and others Christian had participed and win a great battle against the Saracens .But i dont remember the name .

  • @jeffkodiac

I think you're refering to the Battle of Las Navas de Tolosa, that ocurred in the Iberian Penninsula in 1212. Also decisive battle that was the final turing point of the power of islam in the Iberian Penninsula after more than 5 centuries of conflict between the christians and the muslims. After that, in another 2 centuries the the fall of Kingdom of Granada in 1492 marked the final defaeat of Islam in Spain. But by that time, the Ottoman Empire was in its height....

  • @nachopulp

Wow it's to be a huge battle , thank you for the information .

  • @jeffkodiac

Indeed it was the largest battle in medieval Europe. 70.000 christians against 125.000 muslims...

  • @nachopulp At that time there was know royal Navy only Privateers and what you forget is spain had many Privateers and france they all did!

  • @viperreturns

Dude, which language are you using? I don't understand shit...

  • hhhahahhahahaha "major spanish defeat biggest in their history since muslim conquest" Only 600 spanish died for the english guns, the majorie died for the bad weather .That isn,t a militar disaster. And had more great spanish defeats in the history.

"english losses less than 100" do you forget that died 8000 english by diseases?

"spain decline as a power" hahhahaha the spanish power fell in 1639 with the battle of downs with the DUTCH.The spanish power in europ fell with rocroi in 1643.

  • @ANTIHYTLERS

mmmm that's funny should Isay the same about Cartegena in 1741 when only 1,000 suffered casaulties while the rest died of disease ..

    PATHETIC.

    silly excuses

20,000 Spaniards died altogether even months after the armada had been crushed!

  • @LordGeorgeRodney only 1.000 english died for spanish gun?you say that the Spanish and French invent excuses for their defeats, but you're the first to invent excuses when it comes to British defeats.

    PATHETIC AND HYPOCRITE.

the last decisive battle of war between spain and england.Siege of ostend 1601-1604

  • @ANTIHYTLERS

    Wrong

    Kinsale 1601 was..

The Dutch Revolt was won de jure by Dutch with English help..

  • @LordGeorgeRodney the last battle was siege of ostend. After this battle the war finished

  • The English didn't even affect the Spanish treasure fleets in over 200 hundred years.

They were parasites , to cowardly to attack Spain in full battle as they would have got destroyed.

The only pirate Spain every feared was Henry Morgan, who captured Pama, but he wasn't even English, he detested the english in person.

  • @Knigrgdrad

He was Welsh and he hated the Spanish

he liked the English very much

    check facts DON'T LIE!

  • @LordGeorgeRodney

In Spain it is well known that Pirate Morgan detested the english, it is in his book, the rules of piracy. Of course you're english propaganda sources wouldn't show this. The pathetic english tried to erase the battle of Cartagena de Indias out of history. It is the largest english naval defeat in history. A smaller Spanish force completely annihilated the english.

  • @Knigrgdrad

Spain tried to erase Gibraltar but it is still British!

    1782!

    OUCH!

  • @Knigrgdrad Yeah, Im shure india trading ships can easily defeat am assive armada of warships under spain. Go and shove your spanish propoganda up your ass, only ting you annhialated is your minds, now lick the hadn that feeds you and the boot that you serve.

  • @Varyalover

You haven't got a clue, typical from an Inglés Shaggers ovejas (english.sheep.shagge as we call you limeys in Spain).

Caasile and the Spain were the superpowers from 14th century to 18th centiry. The english are just a bunch of cowards, conquered by the French in 1066.

  • @Knigrgdrad Yes, I would beleive an armada of warships beatins merchant ships is a 'great' vicory becasue I'm spanish.!4-18 century?Yuo may have been strong in the twelfth century, but after that you were basically french puppets, and us and hte pourtogease kicked your asses.Shílfeá go mbeadh té atá faoi úinéireacht an bhriogáid Spáinnis ar a laghad, a urramú a allies.

  • England won more battles than Spain did in this war.

We won in Ireland and Holland and won the last decisive battle of the war

between Spain and England Cadiz 1596..

  • These are not victories... piracy isn't a proper war.

  • Hmm

    Im English

Even i acknowledge Drake was a fucking pirate

If your English your a combination of different

    A very good mix,

    I

  • Heh i found quite funny that u mentioned Tenerife (famous for defeating nelson later on) and Cartagena de Indias (one of the biggest defeats in the history of England, of course properly erased from the brit annals by king George III

  • @shakespearespqr

Nelson beat the Spanish twice in epic encounters

    Cape St Vincent & Trafalgar.

    He had the last word

We always win in the end & we always get our revenge..

  • @LordGeorgeRodney

revenge? how old are you you litte belicist fella? do you think that the real world is like the lord of the rings?

come on, we are discussing history and facts here, not arguing about who has the largest dick.

*btw, the allied navy at Trafalgar was under french command, not spanish.

  • @shakespearespqr

    SO!

We still smashed the Spanish at St Vincent

it would have been the same result at Trafalgar.

    wait a minute...

    It was the same result!

  • @murggik Dame mas datos para buscar esa info anda maricona

  • 1:34!!! lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Cartagena de Indias sacked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ?????

25000 englishmen vs 3000 + 600 indias archers where spanish defeated English and you say: SACKED!! LOOOOL

If the Cartagena de Indias war was the worst defeat of the British history

This video is a shit because you tell the history changed by British to they resulted winners

Pls, for you country and his dignity, delete this video and you learn history... pls

  • @Wyllydejerez And if you learn you will find out that back in them days the way the fighting was carried was two lines blasting at each other from a distance away till one would fall back. Now lord nelson use to get in close quaters and split the fleet lines up he was great strategist of his day and plus he had full respect of his men a great leader.

  • @viperreturns It´s logical... Spain had been betrayed and invaded by Napoleon when Trafalgar war took place Napoleon took the spanish army control and he asigned to Villeneuve as Commander Spanish-French Floats... If Spain hadn´t been betrayed and invaded and a spanish commander had led our troops...that's a different story

And your "hero" Nelson was defeated 3 times in Tenerife (1797) by Teniente General Gutiérrez 1700 spaniards vs 4000 englishmen.... and Nelson's life was forgiven...

  • @Wyllydejerez also Nelson he was a great strategist and he did a big achievement he new how the ships would come out the dock he new how to achive victory He had to get in close as they tried to keep him away then spliting them up He new rather than fighting in two lines as thats how most navel battles were done. Also during that time spain was never seen as Englands biggest enemy that was france.

  • @themailman43

    WOW!

Dosen't beat the epics of Trafalgar Spanish Armada the countless Spanish fuck ups at Gibraltar. Philippines, Cuba, Trinidad, Jamaica, Cayman isles, Belize Mosquito coast, Menorca etc etc.

British conquered these islands & lands from Spanish

LOL! Not to mention the fact the we saved Spain's butt in Peninsula war

    YOUR WELCOME!

  • @LordGeorgeRodney English tell to everybody the Trafalgar War because it is the one important war that they won... but why any english tells the English Armada or Drake-Norris Expedition where english tried conquer Spain, and they were defeated by a woman!!! why english don´t tell the Cartagena de Indias where 25000 english vs 3000 spanish were defeated by spanish!??? While Spanishmen were active English couldn´t win to the spanish... then the Trafalgar war english were free from spanish

  • @LordGeorgeRodney

Congratulations for defeating a decadent nation in the XIXc. In your terms, you beat some native-american indians back in the XVIc. so you are now greater than the US. I lol at you.

Btw, i suggest you to learn about Trafalgar, etc. from objetive and non-brit-biased sources.

  • @shakespearespqr

    Decadent nation

    Spain?

Yeah we had to save your ass in Peninsula war.

    LOL!

  • @LordGeorgeRodney

Spain was a completely decadent and second order nation in the napoleonic wars, learn some history.

If the Spanish and the Russians had not raised against napoleon, you will be speaking french in your rainy island.

  • @shakespearespqr

wrong Spain was France's bitch after smashing them in the Pyrenees war...

    LOL!

  • @LordGeorgeRodney

"France's bitch"... and you are still arguing about your maturity and your lack of nationalism? let me emulate your speech: L O L.

  • @shakespearespqr

    France's bitch = Spain

Please come into our country & help us to invade Portugal..

Please come in with all your army our people will take care of you.

    LOOOOOOOOOLLLL!!

  • @LordGeorgeRodney

Oh, and btw, if you are so interested in saving our decadent asses, you could had done something to stop franco, musolini and hitler in the spanish civil war.

Military interventions in foreign lands are always planed for self-interest.

  • @shakespearespqr

    so we didn't like communists..

  • @LordGeorgeRodney

then dont talk about "saving asses". Talk about how your country and every other fucking country in the world is filled with self-interested governments who dont give a shit about you and me.

What did you not like about napoleon? him having way more advanced ideas than the brits or him being french? so what is it? ignorance? nationalist xenophobia? self-interest? maybe fear of him disembarking in the UK?

  • @shakespearespqr

cus we didn't like the French.

& we wanted to rule the world.

After we won we did. de facto..

  • @LordGeorgeRodney

too bad you your rule only lasted for less than 100 years.

  • @shakespearespqr

    Sorry where was this?!

  • @LordGeorgeRodney

XIXth. century. roughly after the Napoleonic wars (althought austria or prussia were still top powerS) until the XXth century.

  • @LordGeorgeRodney

that is indeed funny, since the fascist and antidemocrat Spain you are critizising had the same ideas about the communists as you have...

    let the comparisons begin...

Churchill, another british "hero" overrated by british self-propaganda. I am sure you think of him as an idealist human whose only goal in life was to stop the assassinations of jews and fight fascism... come on. Open your fucking eyes dude.

  • @LordGeorgeRodney

Oh, and about saving our asses from Napoleon, i actually think we spaniards and the russians saved yours. You alone stood no chance agains him. It was just a matter of time. Its exactly the same with weather and the armada, or the US and the Soviets in WW2. You guys are just lucky to be on an island. Deal with it.

  • @shakespearespqr

I know I'm blessed to be on this island defeating invasion after invasion..

  • have much to silence the Spanish and the English ... we have authentic peoples massacres we conquistado.personalmente'm not proud of my country's past

  • The English were pirates. They move border with Thailand take land from Thailand when they want. Thailand is no big power to deal with these pirates. They take Myanmar and Malaysia on one side and frog people take Cambodia and Laos on the other. No Spanish colony here.

I wish Thailand could have built an Empire like England or frog people, but it was hard just to beat our next door country Burma.

  • @ LordGeorgeRodney, i aint gay ot owt, but i fink i love you, man!

  • You love his cock..you faggot fuck.

  • Are you jealous then Ha ha..!!!

  • I love you too!

Maybe i can get your number and i can fuck you up the arse sometime?

    :):):)

  • Nice set of videos LordGeorgeRodney. Some Spanish just can't accept that a little country on the edge of Europe taught a well established Imperialist warlike nation, well versed in the tactics of international warfare, a lesson in how to do it properly.

  • Hey..let's discuss British genocide in India, Sudan and Africa not to mention the colonial theft and plunder that caused the suffering of millions of people over hundreds of years..

Yea yoo british r so kewl d00d!

  • refuckulate420...

You can discuss it as much as you like.

Talking of atrocities. I've just watched a programme about how the Spanish tortured the Mayans to try and convert them to Christianity..It was called the Spanish Inquisition and would likely have been used in England. Good job they got beaten back eh..??

Yeah the British are KooL. You even speak our language over in the good 'ol USA...Not unkown for commiting atrocities itself.

  • spaniards won more victories agents the british! and thats a fact! and if that not a fact then the british defeats were more crushing than the defeats of the spaniards! (execpt the battle of the spanish armada that was not a english victory )

  • @ayobios

    how about Gibraltar?

    captured in 1704 Spanish defeat

    siege of 1705 Spanish defeat

    Siege of 1726-7 Spanish defeat

siege of 1779-83 MAJOR Spanish defeat

    sorry chum we won more

    Spanish armada battle of Gravelines

English victroy that forced the Spanish to go round British isles in face of severe storms

    definitely an English victory!

  • @ayobios

I still have 5 more videos to make !

    you'll see we won more..!

  • @LordGeorgeRodney

dude, most of the "battles" you show are just non-transcendent skirmishes of a very reduced scale.

Its extremely childish to struggle for "who has won the more battles".

Historically, you have not been a 1st class power until the XIX century, and you have an HUGE advantageous geographical position. U only have to care about the sea, in the continent, your enemies have alwas had to deal with the austrians, the prussians, the dutch etc. You alone are nothing.

  • @shakespearespqr

    Not really

    I like Cadiz in 1596

    Kinsale 4,000 Spanish surrendered!

  • @LordGeorgeRodney

Yes yes, georgerodney, we all agree taht if anything, the englishmen have made great PIRATES through history. You know, the barbary coast pirates in the service of the ottomans did the same... and the vikings...

  • speaking of "britian coming to help winning " is considered a victory ... well check this battle :" Siege of Melilla (1774)

" if you consider this defeat no major because the majority of the army is not british then it means that you cannot consider the "british legons" in the hispaniola war indipendince flip the tide of battle !!

  • @ayobios

    WTF?!

Siege of Melilla had no British troops but a few boats involved (non military)

whereas in Hispanic wars the British Legions were vets of the Peninsula war & some even fought at Waterloo

    what a stupid comparison!

  • spain won more battles agents england than you did agents spain. and if you are trying to be pround of teh battle of the spanish armada . the english had double more ship and did not win! it was the weather that won ! and late on there was the battle of the ENGLISH armada teat the english lost a crushing defeat!

  • @ayobios

    LOL!

We won more wars & we won more battles

plus who won in the end.

    Britain...

so much so we had to save Spain in Peninsula war.

  • Gibraltar 1779-83

75,000 Spaniards DEFEATED by 5,000 Brits!

  • VIVA BLAS DE LEZO ;)
