Several of the boats failed to land at the correct positions in the confusion and yes Blas de Lezo did great acheivements.

Also decisive battle that was the final turing point of the power of islam in the Iberian Penninsula after more than 5 centuries of conflict between the christians and the muslims. After that, in another 2 centuries the the fall of Kingdom of Granada in 1492 marked the final defaeat of Islam in Spain. But by that time, the Ottoman Empire was in its height....

The English were pirates. They move border with Thailand take land from Thailand when they want. Thailand is no big power to deal with these pirates. They take Myanmar and Malaysia on one side and frog people take Cambodia and Laos on the other. No Spanish colony here.
