AK and AR are both very fine weapons system that get the job done but what is your opinion of the Ruger Minis? Specially the Mini-30 since it was developed as a weapon system for SEAL Teams to use behind enemy lines and use enemy's ammo and mags. Yes the SEAL Team version of the Ruger mini-30 can use AK47 mags and ammo bet you didnt know that.

The SEAL version has a different trigger group assembly housing that allows the use of AK Mags. Ruger will not sell it anyone other than the DOD. I am in the Service and they will not sell it to individuals. Tapco had a kit a few years back but they only produced a few and those are impossible to get.
