Love this band and LOVE this song. I've seen them live a bunch of times and wish they were on tour again. This song reminds me of my mom and her passing from cancer... asking god for forgiveness before she went to met him in person. It does make me tear up every time I hear it but it also reminds me of one of the great women I've ever known. Thank you Collective Soul for a great tune and I love & miss you mom!

the first time i met the band was in chicago in 1996. those were the best memories. Ed was very, very sweet, i was standing alone, because he was busy giving fans autographs, so i didn't wanted to disturb him, but a minute later, he came to me and asked me how i am doing, and if i wanted his autograph. he was soo incredibly nice, that i got over my shyness, and looked at him with a smile. and he didn't leave till he shook my hand. he really cares about people's happiness.
