Hmmmmmnn..that looks really good..I made something similar to this two weeks ago for my husband he loves cajun style cooking...I actually made shrimp Creole. I've made jambalaya before but never added creme to it...maybe I'll try that next time :) Wish we had the New orleans sausage links in this area :( Where did you purchase it?
@In2uCon you should be able to find the sausage cuz I got them at Walmart, but if you can't find them I think any type of andouille sausage should do....if your hubby likes cajun then this meal will be a big hit with him...you can add crushed pepper if he wants it more spicy.
