@Giovanniz4 Not all longboarders have style, in fact few do. Same can be said for the majority of street skaters too though. Being able to do a trick is one thing but it certainly does not mean you have style. Style is the MOST important thing and it is good that you are aware of that. Hopefully it will help you with your skating. Doesn't matter if you skate on the street, in a bowl on a ramp, slalom, longboard, fish tail, it's all skating and it's all about steeze!

There is much variance in longboard weights. Mostly depending on construction. If you buy something made of carbon fiber and foam, it's going to be really expensive, and very light. Bamboo and hemp, lighter and more expensive than maple, but heavier and less expensive than cf+foam

A nineply maple board (average for dh boards) is going to around 15lbs fully set up.
