Being able to speak and sing in many languages makes it easier for more people to understand the lyrics as well as it makes JJ twice as awesome. ;] I'm sure that he says saranghaeyo just as part of the lyrics. I mean, I'm Vietnamese and I don't know fluent Korean or many other languages, but you pick up the simple phrases like "I love you" or "thank you."
