A flat fastball does nothing in the big leagues, but get sent home.. broxton is up at 100 EVERY night, why not as succesful as mo rivera who just throws a 93 fastball ?.... MOVEMENT

i'm not sure what the big deal is about 2.0 pop times.... i have a 16 year old kid here is AUST throwing consistant 1.9 and under. gets as low as 1.78...

watching harper throw is crazy. hith his arm throwing 95MPH + he should be hitting under 1.5 pops. his foot work is horrid. takes so lng to get rid of the ball. just because he throws 95+ doesn't mean you rest with it. fix everything else up and get even better. the kid is going to be one of the best players ever !!!!!

He's got pretty shit mechanics, but he's a catcher and their arm slots are more over the top while pitchers have more of a 3/4 slot. So adjusting gets pretty difficult. Oh well when he gets drafted I doubt he'll be doing any pitching, even though he does throw 96mph lol.

An above normal pop-time for a catcher would be 1.8.... 1.9 and 2.0 are pretty amazing also. College scouts look for a 2.0-2.1. So this kid pretty much will be one of the best catchers to live..

Since he is a lefty we could see the little monitor with his bat speed and he averaged about 100mph. Scouts are saying his bat speed now is better than fuckin Mark McGuire in his prime.
