Jimmy is playing the bass line with his left hand and left foot. There is no tracking, a live performance. Almost all great organists play that way.

The intro sounds like he was going to play "Kiko" another rough ass tune from Mr. McGriff. This is the music I listen too. I'm 21 and I'm a fan of his music. My dad introduced his music to me in 2007. When I first heard that organ sound I was amazed.
Some of his finest work was when he was on the Sue Record label.

At first thought they had a bass man!! It sound like Jimmy McGriff is better than Jimmy Smith and Dr. Lonnie Smith! Have never heard bass on a Hammond this good.McGriff learned will from the great J. Smith..What great music.

Very cool bluesy stuff. Never heard of this guy before but my froend Johnflugelhorn turned me on to his playing. Love the guitar player and that cool organ. This is so 60s jazz, I love it :)
