If you mean what kind of synthesizer program can make those sounds - get Absynth. A lot of TV producers use it for ambient scoring - I'm guessing it came from that.

I love his vision for Chanel in the footag shown at about 3 minutes. Those clothes look like utter luxury and comfort. While nothing is truly timeless, he managed to transcend the trappings of trends in that collection. Many of those items you could see as very chic today. And models who look like women! How refeshing. The mindset Karl shows here seems very uncomfortable - 'comfort is indecent'? He's extremly German - absolutly dedicated to the point of obsession. Fashion needs more Germans.
