There is a logical reason for Sable & Frankie having different accents. Sable was raised in England, & Frankie in the US, when their parents separated

She's still out for the better part of a day, which is nonsense. I've been hit there a lot harder than Joel hit her and didn't even lose consciousness, and I doubt I'm in that much better shape than Krystle is.

Fallon just happens to turn up alive and she just happens to meet up with some of the richest people in California who just happen to be related to her ex-husband (Jeff). Right about this time, Blake just happens to be thinking about erecting a memorial to her after 2 years.
There's the big flaw. OK, Fallon/Randall recognized the Colby name in a newspaper (Miles in some polo tourney). But if the Colbys and Carringtons so intertwined, how did they miss that Miles was dating Alexis and Blake's missing daughter?
exactly. cecil colby lived in denver, sable & frankie are not only alexis' cousins, but they were married to Colby's also. And with Fallon being a Carrington, you would have to assume that she was famous, so this is just an oversight on the writers part.
The writers were often very sloppy. Probably exhausted from having to create two shows. "The Colbys" should have just been its own show independent of "Dynasty"...I dunno, call it "Fortune", "Destiny", "Lust", or "Bel Air"...give it a touch more logic (Fallon and Sable are British, but Frankie is not???) and not make it a cheap yet more expensive copy of Dynasty. Oh well, 25 years too late. :)
yeah i never understood one sister being british & the other american. and i never heard alexis mention frankie by name. i know that alexis and sable were close when they were young, but where was Francesca & Caress during that time?
@TheSunnyGirl83 but the premise to explain that is that the cali colby's did not keep in touch with the denver colby's...of all the plot lines and far fetched storylines this one just could be believable....i have many cousins that i dont keep in touch with and would not know them if i tripped over them in the street.....
@TheSunnyGirl83 understand ur point but again the cali colby's did not mingle with the denver colby's....but where the bull comes in is that fallon was the child of 2 very wealthy people....it would be impossible for her pic to not have appeared in some newspaper...esp since she was dead and when she married jeff similar to donald trump's children...and most wealthy people travel in the same circles....people new lady ashley and dominque but not the wealthy fallon colby...far fetched!!!
