Why the hell did anyone think that tail unit was going to improve aerodynamics? It's open at the front. It'd work like a parachute and actually increase drag. It'd probably be more efficient with the standard tail unit in place instead of that wind sock :D

Probably why it was lying on the ground. The wind ripped it off, didn't it?
