Al queda was also fabricated by the US goverenment to link osama to the 911 attacks (like a mafia donis linked to a lower level mobster for his crimes), however osama died in december 2001, the only reason the rest of the world doesnt know this is because they want you all to believe the threat still exsists. Take a look at the united states biggest export... weapons, if there is no war they have to go out of business
