Um, I have seen Pink Flamingos, Visitor Q, Irreversible, etc,,a few sick films,but in my opinion this film is wayyyyyy sicker than those mentioned in the comments. Based on the concept alone i mean, filming wise maybe on par value. To be honest the concept of them strung together...not that bad. The concept that they are all one human body-to eat food,and go through each other's bodies like each one is an intestine,,then to finally poop out the last body-THAT IS SICK!

What is most objectionable about Salo and Human Centipede is the large element of human degradation forced upon someone. We see creatively violent as in the Saw movies, and we see uncreatively violent movies as in Irreversible, (both are shocking, esp Irreversible), but, it takes a whole nother the element of depravity to get to Salo or H.C.

I just saw this movie, and I'm sorry to say its very very lame. It's well filmed just like the last one but the story is paper thin. If you're a movie fan of horror, you'll be very disappointed I believe, but by all means see the movie and share your thoughts. I think the cast and crew had a lot of fun making this film, but sadly as for shock and horror, this movie is a poor second to the first one. out of 5 stars I'd give it 1.5 and that’s an honest to God answer.
