The Hypello reminds me of Droopy, especially when the bandits starting jacking his stuff.

So those suitcase actually belonged to that fast (speed) talking midget in the duck suit. Despite a few parcels being stolen, Tobli is kind enough to award you anyway. Guy sounds like a traveling performer.
