I think it would fit best to Bella's perspective. It's actually a great song for New Moon. Bella thinks of herself as a creep -- she's clumsy and thinks Edward left because he didn't want her.

I mean, Edward appears perfect in every single way. So she thinks she's a creep compared to his beauty.
