I don't understand why they couldn't make some money off of this, They could charge people/paranormal groups to come in and do investigations at night, and most of the paranormal groups do not cause property damage. I have taken the Zombie Road tour during the day, and got a meter spike and a day time orb. So I know parts are haunted. Mostly it was a vigorous walk.
