@NicksDominoez The IV spread determines what hidden power a pokemon gets.

I guess you made a mistake in the end.If you had attacked Zapdos with Bug Buzz that would have been enough to kill it,then you would have had another turn with your Yanmega and your Zapdos to kill Hitmontop

@biffsterPKMN thanks biff! :D DeSmuME :P it's pretty nice that I learned how to do it, and I enjoy it now. I have an Acekard, and I send my videos to wifi save them on the Acekard or my Microsd mainly, then record through the emulator :) and with some editing afterward.
