@tylerxcried I connected the official Xbox 360 composite cable to the video capture card and that's pretty much it.

I have the same Pinnacle 510-USB device. Question: do you know why if I capture a 2 hour vhs home movie with this device, does the video file take up 20gb of space on my hard drive. I am using mp4 so i don't think that it should take up so much space. If you have any ideas let me know.

@redshiftexperiment Unfortunately I can't capture videos from my VHS recorder as the output interface seems to be a very old standard.

@redshiftexperiment What I do is that I put it on Sony Vegas and it wont take a lot of space!

same problem but i have it on ntsc and if i try to go to the best quailty it does that :(
