@silentangel666 to fix waterdamage, place it screen down in the dash of your car. The heat will evaporate the water. Let it sit for a day or so. Once the water is evapped it should work just fine

I'm having a different problem. My 8G iTouch turns on, but the screen shows up white and blank. It's still operational because the alarm still goes off and I can turn it off. But I can't see what I'm doing. The screen is cracked (not very badly), but that happened before this, and it was still working fine. I don't know what caused the problem because I've been very careful with since it got cracked. Can anyone help me?

@swatmarksman61995 the issue you have on your ipod is a backlight issue. what you have to do is replace the lcd screen of your ipod. thats is exactly how i fixed mine.

Hey dumbass theres another water sensor where u charge ur iPhone or itouch it is visible to see the white water sensor. I used a white crayon and a toothpick. I was able to replace my iPhone 4 at no charge in the apple store the home button won't work if it' had water damage.
