Daniel is a good guitarist...........I loved these guys as a teenager.....
last time I saw Daniel was in line outside a hollywood club in 88'....he looked so thin and tired from years of drug abuse.....I hope he is healthier now
@BartDaCat I was lucky enough to see their 1st US show (or tour...I really don't know since I was just 15 years young :) The show was Siouxsie and the Banshees with Love and Rockets opening the show at the Paladium in Hollywood....it was EPIC....every single person at the show wore black....head to toe......funny looking back on it. The music was massively epic........
i guess i am old or weird or something, i dont understand how millions of people dont love this music. something called a snookie gets millions of fans and dollars for making an ass of itself, yet an incredible, beautiful, creative masterpiece of the musical art form only has 855 views and less than 1% of those bothered to click like. i guess i shouldnt let real life get me down so much. no one ever said it was easy to be in the minority.
@cowboydan13 The more disposable mainstream music becomes the greater the desire to seek out substantial, thought-provoking work. It's the minorities that shake things up in a generation of convenience.
Ain't nothing wrong with you---this is just good old obscure early '80's experimental British rock/pop--I love this type of music from that era (which I grew up in,but I never heard of this group until about 10 years ago---if anyone knows whether any of TOT's stuff is back in print,I'd love to know!
@cowboydan13 I'm old & weird & proud to be a part of those who remember & appreciate the works of all the members of Bauhaus in the various projects.
I just took my oldest daughter, who grew up on all of this, to see Peter Murphy. We had the opportunity to meet & talk with him. You see, my wife and I saw him over 21 years ago while my wife was pregnant with this daughter.
My daughter will soon give birth to her first child. A night to remember for many of us.
@jackfrancis100 i also met peter murphy, , in June 2002, he is one of the few celebs i have ever met and found myself giggling like a little girl, so starstruck afterward. god bless bauhaus and every project that came from its members afterward!

I used to put this album on and drift off to sleep with it. This is one of those bits of music that is beautiful and timeless.
