  • This looks like a job for the PLASMA CAM!

  • Thanks for the video. As for the others commenting on China cheap machines, who cares. You use what you got and can afford it to get the job done. Simple as that. Ignore the ignorance of brand oriented consumers.

  • gay

  • This is how to US economy is doing bad because people are buying China made garbage!!!! Do yourself and the rest of America a favor and buy from your brothers and sisters... Hypertherm, Miller, Lincoln and so on.. They last longer and are stronger and also much better!!!!!!!!!!!!! Come on folks!!! Spend the extra money to save the future!!!!!

  • @jacobg1777 all the companies you mentioned get almost all their parts from china. they come almost completely assembled. an American puts them together and in the box and it's Made in the USA. I can't afford to buy american machines really I just can't afford it. I want to have a mig and tig and plasma and grinders and bandsaws and everything but the only way I can have them is to get chinese knockoffs. Maybe the future will be screwed but I want to play with tools now before I die.

  • @freddytk421 Then why does hypertherm and miller last longer?? I have a Hypertherm that is made in 1992 and still works!!! It has been thru hell and back!! I know about 4 or 5 people who have bought China made plasma/ tig machines and every single of of them have had problems and their machines are not even 5 years old yet and not to mention they don't even use them as much as I use my Hypertherm! You get what you pay for!

  • @jacobg1777 Well time will tell if it breaks or not. my harborfreight 110 v gets used all the time for 3 years now and it's going great. 129.00 worth every penny. Ive burned out plenty of miller welders. gone to the shop all the time when I worked as a welder dropping them off and picking them up.

  • @freddytk421 Your the first person I have ever heard of picking a China made product vs. a American made product! You must have really good luck with cheaper tools! I see people with very old millers all the time and they have never encountered any problems! I have used cheap welders and they suck ass! You can't even hook gas up to some of the cheap welders.

  • @jacobg1777 Well I know when I like a tool and it feels solid. I really like getting a deal. Think about it miller and lincoln and all the american welders didn't start coming out with inverters until after the chinese machines so there is no way to compare the durability. I took that tiny inverter to my old school at the time and they where blown away by the size and the arc. It was still new technology and USA didn't have them out yet. inverters should be more reliable and efficient. we'll see

  • @freddytk421 If you look online at the discussion forums you will see that 90% dislike the China made welders and plasma cutters. They complain about how they lack in quality! I rarely see anyone talking about how their Hypertherm crapped out on them, but it is easy to find someone complaining about their china made plasma cutter. Just saying, I hope your plasma cutter works good for you.

  • @jacobg1777 I don't need to look at biased forums. I have the machines in my hands and I love them. Unless they break a forum will not make me hate them.

  • @freddytk421 Ive have told you I know about 5 people with China made stuff and they don't work as good as my old hypertherm! They all have had issues with their product! Why would I lie to you! Plus why would the old timers all lie to me about China made plasma cutters and welders? I know a lot of people within the welding industry and non of them like China made welders and plasma cutters. I have known people in the past as well that have bought China Welders & plasma cutters, they all regret!

  • @freddytk421 The video that I watched of you doing the "plasma cutter fairy art" looks good. You do have a good hand for plasma cutting. A lot of people suck at using their hand.

  • @freddytk421 Plus you said before that you can't spend that much money! That miller is probably 2,000 dollars or more!! That miller was not yours! I only say this because you shop at harbor freight all the time according to your videos! Your only backing up China made plasma cutters and welders because you bought one! I'm not trying to be a dick but you are basically saying that China made goods are better, but they arn't better, they are just cheaper and that's why people buy from China!!

  • @jacobg1777 That miller was 3775 on cyberweld when i bought it. I got all that stuff before I even heard of harbor freight or even inverters. I sold it after 2 years because I liked my new welders more and they don't need gasoline. Im not poor I can afford to buy what I want I just don't like wasting money.

  • @jacobg1777 also lincoln is straight up made in china now. they don't even try to hide that fact.

  • I hear alot of bad things about china tig/cut stuff but you know what? All those people have millers and have never touched the chinese stuff. They shun it because they feel if you didn't drop $1500 or more on a welder, it's junk. Thanks. This confirms my money wont go to waste buying a china tig/plasma combo

  • @LEterribleONE I talk to people who been around ALL types of welders and plasma cutters and they say only buy Hypertherm or Thermal Dy. for plasma cutting and buy a Lincoln or Miller for welding! There is a reason why they say China made things are garbage! These China made plasma cutters will not last as long as a Hypertherm!!! Trust me!!! You get what you pay for!!! Plus your supporting the America economy by buying an American product! :)))

  • @jacobg1777 dude china has satellites in space and ways to get to space unlike us now. In the past people said the same things about japan and then they pwnd our ass in quality manufacturing for a long time. It's the importers that are responsible for quality and can get it if they pay and demand it. Some people want the cheapest product from china and they get it some people want quality they get it too.

  • @freddytk421 What does satellites have to do with anything?? Hypertherm has been in the bussiness for much much longer then any company in China! USA invented plasma cutting back in WW2... USA will dominate pretty much every tool known to man! USA is the industrial country! Besides China doesn't even have GPS in their skies yet! China sucks at quality because they only get paid a fraction of what USA works get paid! Seriously buy a American made product, help the econonmey!

  • @jacobg1777 if you look at my old video I had a hypertherm plasma and it broke.

  • @freddytk421 Does your new plasma cutter have a "pilot arc"?

  • @jacobg1777 yes

  • @freddytk421 what kind of hypertherm did you have??

  • @freddytk421 In this video you quote "practicing cutting" why would you be practicing if you had a Hypertherm in the past? Now I am confused, for some reason I don't believe that you have ever owned a Hypertherm!

  • @jacobg1777 practicing with a new machine sherlock. Why would I lie? do you think im trying to impress you or something? did you look for old plasma videos I made? I don't care if you believe me. hypertherm sucks. china rules.

  • @freddytk421 Why would you give up on having a pilot arc? Does your china made plasma cutter have a pilot arc? Go and tell some experienced metal workers that your china made welder/ plasma cutter is good. They will just laugh at you and think that you don't know what you are doing! China is garbage, that is why it is so cheap! I bet you are lying about having a Miller welder! You get what you pay for and I am standing by that! You are mad that you bought junk from china! Not my fault!

  • @jacobg1777 it does have a pilot arc. I don't care what other welders think of me Im freddytk421 damnit so they should care what I think of them. do a search plasma cutter fairy art. it was a thermal dynamic though my bad look at the end miller in there too I don't know why you think im lying. maybe the people that are telling you these machines suck are lying ever thought of making up your own mind and trying things for yourself. old welders are closed minded assholes and you know it.

  • @freddytk421 I looked for your "old plasma" video but can't find it. Send me a link please.

  • @freddytk421 Also haven't you wondered why no big company's buy China made welders and plasma cutters? I mean they are looking for a price break! They would have bought a China made welder or plasma cutter if it was worth it considering that it is very very cheap! They don't because it will not last long enough! Go to any machine or metal shop that has plasma cutters and welders, you will clearly see that they are mainly Miller and Hypertherm! They don't buy China shit because it's junk!

  • @jacobg1777 so you are saying there are no big companies in china? they are building and welding more than we are over here at the moment and their companies are big now, they weld and use their welder in those big companies. I think you don't realize what's going on in the world. Big companies over here use welding robots made in japan.

  • @freddytk421 Maybe big company's use welding robots, but not the welders itself! Like I said go to a shop were money is critical for a small shop owner, he will have a Hypertherm or Miller! Since money is so tight they are looking for savings! Wouldn't you think they would purchase a China made welder and plasma cutter? They don't because they know that China made products lack in quality! This is why they spend the extra $1000 because it keeps them in business instead of wasting time!

  • @jacobg1777 Look for real American businesses uses more chinese welders than american. no question. the thing is when I say welders i mean chinese people that weld our products. they are doing some serious production over there and use chinese welders. Our big companies import massive amounts from china so in effect American companies do in fact use chinese welders more than american both human and machine.

  • @freddytk421 I seen the end of your video of the fairy! I don't think that big miller welder was even yours! You wouldn't go from a HUGE miller welder to a whimmpy 129.00 dollar welder from Harbor Freight! Your not fooling me! And that plasma cutter in the back looks very very old! You can't expect a breaking point in a long life span! Your china made plasma cutter will not last as long as your old thermal dynamics. Your an American you should know American products are better quality!

  • @jacobg1777 well you're obviously closed minded and can't get passed your programming. I made all kinds of videos about my trailblazer and miller suitcase wirefeeder. So you cant think of any reason to have an 8lb tiny welder 110v and a 600lb loud gas guzzling generator welder. LOL I bet if you think real hard you can think of some advantages. Don't believe me I don't care. I like these machines and they are cheap I have tried all the expensive american machines and this machine is great.

  • @freddytk421 I'm not closed minded, I use common sense, you get what you pay for! The only reason you like those cheap machines is because you have a tight budget! You didn't purchase a new Thermal Dy. because you couldn't afford it! Also before you had claimed your miller broke, now you claiming your sold it because you like your new welder better and it didn't need gasoline! I call bullshit on your behalf! You stick with China junk and ill stick with American quality! Peace!

  • @jacobg1777 I said the millers at my work broke. they did all the time. mine never broke but it was still new. I still don't know why you came on here talking shit when you never even have tried it. thats called ignorance and you are ignorant.

  • wow. that last part of the video. thats as good as you do with a torch? work on it.

  • will you be doing some tig welding videos.

  • thats fine art!

  • I WANT D: !!!!!

  • hahahaha WAKE UP!!! :)

  • It looks like a real nice setup you have now. That plasma cutter is something else. I have never seen one of those in action before. The amount of detail you could do with it on the dragon surprised me.

  • cool =D

  • nice welding jacket!

  • damn fine video...where'dga get the all in one Tig welder stick welder plasma cutter?

  • Freddy, man are we glad to see ya back to welding and cutting! Looking forward to the next one. Told ya you would like the Longevity equipment! Hey, how's Scrappy?

  • Permanent is usually a good thing! Awesome setup Freddy.

  • un-plug those welders when there is a thunder storm!

  • I have tig stick and mig all in separate machines I wish I could get all of them in one machine.

I would save space and money.

great video can you show some tig welding thanks.

  • how do you keep getting these?!?!
