No, none of the names have been changed. Natsume never gave any of them official names except for in Puzzle de Harvest Moon, and Harvest Moon GBA 3. American players nicknamed the first hero of Harvest Moon "Jack" from the popular nursery rhyme, (even though it has nothing to do with farming) and it stuck for all his incarnations. When a heroine came, they called her Jill under the same principle, but these have never been official names.
