No it's a new weapons system called the centrifuge weapon system. it drops a shell containing 40 discs with guidance chips and infra red camaras. parachutes open and the discs begin to spin and look for a heat source (target) when they find it they release thousands of molten copper drops that cut right through tank armor and ignite fuel and ammo inside tank. if it doesn't find a target it goes off b4 it exits target area. one bomb can cover 500sq ft.

Yeah if they have our technology combined with the funding. All through the Cold War the USSR the Soviets ran technology older than dirt only upgrading as they could come up with either their own upgrades or using information from outside sources such as England or USA. Not that the people of Soviet countries are stupid, they are very intelligent but were limited by political heads who felt quantity better than quality. The Indians are mostly into cheap reproductions of other's products

No it's a new weapons system called the centrifuge weapon system. it drops a shell containing 40 discs with guidance chips and infra red camaras. parachutes open and the discs begin to spin and look for a heat source (target) when they find it they release thousands of molten copper drops that cut right through tank armor and ignite fuel and ammo inside tank. if it doesn't find a target it goes off b4 it exits target area. one bomb can cover 500sq ft.
