This case will ALWAYS remind me of the JonBenet Ramsey case. Dead/missing girl, uncooperative parents, and too many unanswered questions. Your claim is based on a misunderstanding. The image was *created* in 5 May, yes; but this does not mean that the photo was *taken* on that date. The date created refers only to the date the image was saved as an image to a computer (or a stick, or a DVD or whatever).
If the photo was taken on the day Madeleine disappeared, it would presumably still have been in the camera. When they transferred it to a PC, that became the date the pic was created. Mystery solved.

The software is 100% accurate. You can test it with your own pictures.
This is a copy of the original picture. No doubt on itthe only problem is that by mistake they have forgotten to edit the exif information on that the picture.
I don't doubt that the software is accurate but this is not the file created by the camera. It has been cropped by other software and the timestamp was created by that software.

Another tag in the file states that the last change to the file was done by Photoshop software. It's not the file created by the camera so the timestamp means nothing.
I already posted my conclusions. The file was cropped/resized by Photoshop and a new datestamp was added. That's the best explanation for the picture size and shape, the existence of the Photoshop tag within the file and the datestamp showing midnight. I would come to the same conclusion even if the date was before Maddy was reported missing.
However; let me short things up for you. However you will edit the original photo, whatever software will be used, the original date and remain intact unless someone deliberately modifying this *original date*.
If you read the exif, there is another datestamp *11*05*2007* when the file was modified with the software. Now, regarding midnight, camera time could be not properly settled, but I doubt that someone would set the time in advance.
The file is 220px x 262px. This is not the size of picture created by a camera - it has been cropped by software at a later date. What's the easiest way to crop a picture? You draw a rectangle around the part of the image you need, you copy it, you paste it as a new image. So, on the cropped image the creation date of the file is the date when it was cropped.

This is wrong, the video has been put through post processing ( it even says it's been edited through photoshop 7 on the " summary >> advanced " tab in its properties. This means that it's been transferred to a blank image ( erasing all data of when it was taken, and replacing it with the data of the new image. )

The software is 100% accurate. You can test it with your own pictures.
This is a copy of the original picture. No doubt on itthe only problem is that by mistake they have forgotten to edit the exif information on that the picture.

I don't doubt that the software is accurate but this is not the file created by the camera. It has been cropped by other software and the timestamp was created by that software.
Let's examine your claim: It means nothing unless the camera date/time was set accurately, probably in the UK. We can see in the video that the time was midnight, UK time. Portugal is in the same timezone as the UK so the picture must have been taken at midnight.

Another tag in the file states that the last change to the file was done by Photoshop software. It's not the file created by the camera so the timestamp means nothing.

I already posted my conclusions. The file was cropped/resized by Photoshop and a new datestamp was added. That's the best explanation for the picture size and shape, the existence of the Photoshop tag within the file and the datestamp showing midnight. I would come to the same conclusion even if the date was before Maddy was reported missing.

However; let me short things up for you. However you will edit the original photo, whatever software will be used, the original date and remain intact unless someone deliberately modifying this *original date*.
If you read the exif, there is another datestamp *11*05*2007* when the file was modified with the software. Now, regarding midnight, camera time could be not properly settled, but I doubt that someone would set the time in advance.

The file is 220px x 262px. This is not the size of picture created by a camera - it has been cropped by software at a later date. What's the easiest way to crop a picture? You draw a rectangle around the part of the image you need, you copy it, you paste it as a new image. So, on the cropped image the creation date of the file is the date when it was cropped.

This is wrong, the video has been put through post processing ( it even says it's been edited through photoshop 7 on the " summary >> advanced " tab in its properties. This means that it's been transferred to a blank image ( erasing all data of when it was taken, and replacing it with the data of the new image. )
Of course this doesn't necessarily prove your thoughts are incorrect, ( as mine could be correct also )

2.) The original exif data gets erased if you copy the photo onto a new image ( or over an old one )
3.) 5th of may is the last date this image was modified/saved. The image has been modified, since no currently known camera takes photos at such a small or strange resolution. ( 220x262 ) normal camera resolutions are multiples of 10.

1.) Open photoshop ( or whatever other image processing program you use ), open the maddy pic in photoshop, now go to " file > new " create a new image the same size as the maddy pic. Now right click maddy pic, copy, now paste as new layer in the new pic. Save it, now check and observe how the exif data is changed.
2.) See above ^^^
3.) Then what was the picture taken with?

Forgive my possible ignorance but why does that data have to be the "original" date the picture was taken. Is it not simply the date the news station uploaded it? When it states original could it not be their original copy?
From memory the story broke around the 4th May, so the news station obtaining this picture on the 5th is highly likely? Gerry Mccann also requested assistance from CEOP, surely they would have picked up on this or the risk of them doing so fairly huge?

First, the coloboma lie, was added to create a unique but fake Maddy identity.
Secondly if someone will spot Madeleine to be confused because the mark.

05/05/2007, is the original date and time. It doesnt get modified only if someone deliberately editing it. You can try with one of your picture.
Any changes made to the picture does appear in the exif, as file modification date and time.
The original date and time remain unchanged.

The one with this sort of coloboma would be returned "in 5 years or so" like Gerry said in 2007.The DNA & forensics would fit with another one...and the girl with the other shape of coloboma/or absence of, would never be heard of again, nor be looked for.
The problem for them is, if one of these children is found in the meantime,with mismatch of coloboma,what would they say then? Embarassing,no? especially if DNA fits,

Wasn't it the one who posted that vid of 'Madeleine' in the shuttle, of that plane, about to take off or having landed in Portugal? with the Paynes and Diane Webster, Gerry saying "FUCK" and Kate stroking Sean, while Maddy had a cut on her legs, this posting was very 'bizarre' as NOT from ANY media, it was filmed by David Payne.Posted early on You Tube! This person has THEREFORE private sources and is paid, obviously. Politeness is never their concern, neither Kids Care, by the way!

Maddie's case is really weird cause they've told so many different stories..
And yes it's possible that the date wasn't right, but then it's not 2 days later, if the date is wrong, it is like a few years ago (or maybe further).
I agree, I think it's taken after she "dissappeard" (sorry i don't know how to spell this word..)

A simple explaination................They had the time and date set wrong on the camera!! On many cameras if you change the batteries you have to set it again. Some people dont bother doing so like i dont.

Come on if it was taken AFTER she disapeared dont you think with all the police and media involved and around the complex it would be strange that no one saw madeleine in the tennis courts AFTER she disapeared. And if it 'was' true she wouldnt of been aloud outside in the first place with her face all over portugal.
