MAME, the emulator itself does not include any roms. That is separate. Like I said, just go to any rom site and download a rom for that game. If you tried it, maybe you put the roms in to the wrong folder. You need to put the roms into the roms folder. This folder is located in the same directory as mame.exe.

You need to download the rom file to play the game. Just go to any rom sites that has mame roms and then download them. Place it into your roms folder. That's it.

Yes, because the controls are very hard when using a keyboard. It's much easier to play on an actual arcade cabinet or pc gamepad.
