Hey dvdupdate. Here's a heads up. Circuit City is going bankrupt and they are selling tons and tons of things for clearance prices. So you can splurge on dvds and other electronics if you want to. peace.
Their horror section looks a hell of a lot better than my local Best Buy...that's for sure. I think the horror section at Best Buy is down to 1-2 racks of movies.

you can, there are a lot of movies that are that price they may not be new releases though, you have to look through the store to find them.
