I have a bigish tummy, and I want to get rid of it.. I have struggled with being Anorexic, and I hit a breaking point a month ago.. For a class field trip we went to a yoga place. I loved doing yoga, but what I learned there was very easy.... I want to loose my stomach but don't know how to do it. Please Help me... What yoga should I do.
Great yoga Sadie!!! Since I'm new to this, I'm glad that you're such an experienced teacher to learn from. I enjoy watching all your videos to gain pointers & I hope you continue to make more. I will share you with my facebook friends.
Hey Sadie My name is jack. Im 19, 5'7 135 pounds and i breakdance. Im an cyclist and went to nats and was always competitive.
But after all that your workouts still had an amazing affect on me!! I feel looser and more relaxed and breathe easier on my routines. I honestly never even meant to watch this video. But i figured, let me watch it and see if i could learn a thing or two.
Point being. You have helped me out so much and possibly helped prevent some injuries. Thanks a bunch. Your great
I've been doing yoga since I was a kid- I loved it and I've been attending power yoga courses 4 years now. But there's a financial crisis going on in my country therefore my mother lost her job and now I can't go to yoga classes anymore. That's why I started looking for some guidance online- and this is how I found you. All I wanted to say is that you're very good and you help me a lot these days.
Hi Sadie, I've been doing loads of sports for years mainly running and cycling, decided to try yoga about a month ago, starting from this clip. Was truly amazed. Also what really blew me away was that I've been suffering from bulimia for around 5 years and strangely since i started doing the vinyasa flows, the bulimia has completely disappeared also I feel much better both physically and menthally. When Im in NY will defenetly visit your studio.
I know--I used to be Anorexic, and I moved away from that mindset with yoga forever. When you can feel that you're getting stronger, and you know you really worked in yoga, plus your hormones are getting balanced, the need to be perfect is replaced by the desire to be capable and strong. No one's perfect, even the models...but you CAN be balanced, and with yoga, learn to care for and even love yourself as imperfectly perfect as you, like all of us, are. Hope to see you in NY! xoSadie
id love to try and do this but its looks like its a chick thing, lol. unfortunately my core strenght is the weakest part of my body, i really want to improve on this.
Also try my Core Strength for Beginners video--I have like, 100 videos on everything, and I know you can do some of them. I teach a lot of big dudes too...:)
did you just say downward facing dog, lol. honestly this looks impossible for a me. 240 5'9 and stocky, i will give this a try but, im prrobbably gonna look like a fool, i will stick cardio, and weight lifting, btw.great video.
Hey--try my Yoga for Overweight Yogis...not that you're necessarily overweight, but that sequence is MUCH easier for bigger bodies, and you'll get your cardio and weight lifting naturally--you'll see;)
Sadie, you are amazing! I have troublesome knees, but based on an x-ray, they are ok. I am also overweight in the belly, so this puts more pressure on my legs and arms that are thin and lack strength. I cannot afford to take classes, so I am basically doing yoga on my own from what I can remember doing in my yoga class 12 years ago in Japan! I also have a book as well. If you don't mind, can you make a video for those people who have very cranky knees? :) I don't want to hurt myself.
Hi Sadie!Your videos are absolutely amazing!!I love the way you explain and the way you try to make them more fun for us.i'm trying to loose a little weight and to tone my body so can you tell me which one of you videos is best for this?
Sadie I am trying to play Yoga for better booty but they video is not there . Could you please upload it again as it says that video is no longer exists. Thanks
Hi Kadri! I'd love to see you in class someday! My advice for you, sister, is: Get the Yoga Shakti DVD by Shiva Rea & Yoga for Beginners by Rodney Yee. Eat more fruits, veggies, nuts lean proteins and olive oil than junk. Do hard yoga 3-4x a week. Breathe deeper when life gets hard, remember- it will pass. Don't fall for the drinking/drugs BS. They just waste your time. Don't take boys personally. Live your dream, one step at a time, and rock who you are. Your tribe will find you! xoSadie

I have never done Yoga before and I am thinking about trying this!
I am 15lbs. overweight and i am trying to loose weight with Yoga. I am hoping to try your Yoga for Weight Loss.
DO you have any suggestions to get rid of that 15lbs?
Thanks,Julie

Yes...try my yoga for weight loss:)
do 3-4 sessions a week for 60 minutes each,
and eat 1200-1500 calories a day from healthy sources.
If you do this, you'll reach your goal.
Keep us informed of your progress! xoxoSadie

Thank you so much!
I am sure that I will never fall for drinking or drugs!
But, can you suggest some yoga videos here in internet, something you do or others. Something that will be perfect for my 3-4x workout in week.
I live in Estonia ( small country in Northern Europe ) and it isn't possible right now to order those amazing DVDs.
And yeah Sadie - Thank you so much for being here to support me! And thank you for being on YouTube!
You are amazing!
