  • Are you trying to say we should be ashamed of our bodies?

  • @applepie823 You should be ashamed to show your body in an ungodly manner.

  • @paden981 if god made us all in his image than why should we be ashamed of it and who gives you the right to tell me how to dress you don't know a thing about me

  • @applepie823 You are right! I don't know a thing about you, and I am not telling you how to dress. God made you so i will let Him tell you. He said to dress modestly, now if you have a problem with that then I don't know how to help you. Don't get mad at me for trying to help people see what God already said.

  • @paden981

actually no.. im a christian and i know

you took the verses out of context

ompresents is right, you're twisting scripture into what you want it to say..

You can only lust if you're married or if you're looking at your friends spouse..

I'm guessing you're one of those ignorant people that thinks masterbation is a sin

also you can only really commit lust if you have sex with someone thats not your wife and you're currently married.

its people like you that give us Christians a bad rep

  • @hunter7754 Ok bud, dont ever leave a comment like that again on one of my videos. You want to call someone out for what they believe, teach, or say then you better be able to back it up. The truth is you cant. If you could you would. Its easy to say someone takes something out of context or twists scripture. Why dont you prove it? If you think you can and you want to discuss some of these things then send me a message. But dont leave a self justifying message without anything to back it up!

  • I really appreciate you addressing this issue with such tactfulness. A friend and I were just discussing this and you said alot of the same things I said to her. We can't hardly tell the church from the world where clothing is concerned. Thanks and keep preaching/teaching the word!

  • @mandyd53371

then maybe you should stop judging by mere appearances (which the Bible says not to do) and focus on their hearts!

  • @paden981 It doesn't matter if she is naked, it's how he looks at her. It's not a sin to lust like you think. People lust after God and other things. Lust means desire, the word lust is not a sin, what are you saying. Jesus was quoting the 7th and 10th commandments, he was referring to a married woman. Brother, you are very confused. It's not a sin to have sex before marriage, who told you that. Show me in the bible where it says that.

  • @cmpresents OK big time out! We need to go re-read some passages here. Lets go to the book of genisis and notice a couple of things. There was no sin before Adam and Eve took of the tree of knowledge of good and evil. When they did this sin entered into the world and they then were ashamed of being naked.

Ok I dont know what sex you are but are you honestly going to take the position that if a girl dresses in a revealing manner then it my fault if I see her and lust? You have to be kidding.

  • @paden981 Sin did not enter into the physical world, we are not born sinners. I'm a man, but it doesn't matter anyway. I'm speaking to you spiritualy, just like Jesus spoke to Nocodemes, if you don't understand, then you shouldn't be preaching. Is the girl married? Brother there is nothing wrong with desering a woman, it's only wrong how you look at her.

  • @cmpresents Ok I think I missunderstood you earlier, I though you believed we were born in sin. Now I agree it is not wrong to be atracted a woman or desire to be with one. When you lust in the context of having sexual thoughts for her then that is sin. I am going to message you with the verses.

  • Sorry brother, but you are the one that is confused. The sins of the fathers on the children.

  • Sorry brother, you are the one that is confuse. The sins of the fathers onto the children.

  • @cmpresents This video is about modesty so I am not sure what you are saying about original sin here. But in response to that read ezekial 18:20. It says the son shall not bear the sins of his father. I would like to know what verse or even logic you use to get such an idea.

  • @paden981 Amen Paden! I have been reading through these responses on almost all the videos. These people need to start reading their bibles! Keep up the good fight, these false teachers must be exposed.

  • Fine teaching!!! GREAT ☺

  • Thank you so much for posting this. I'm a 20 year old young lady and I've been doing a lot of studying on this subject. And it is so true hearing it from my Father and Mother. And for you ladies or girls this is true. Men know what they are talking about. So, listen to them and your mother or other ladies who are trying to help you out. And same to the men or boys too.

  • @riabarrie90 Thank you for your kind sincere comment. It is also good to see a young lady who is willing to study out a subject and reach the truth and then haveing the courage to stick to it. Thank you.

  • the mutaween are awesome. we should totally have a committee for the propagation of virtue and the prevention of vice here in america. women should be forced to dressed modestly according to principles laid out in the holy scripture. if we don't live our lives by this principle we are going to have chaos.

  • Oh look, a preacher with a spine ... how refreshing. Thank you sir.

  • @Terrco2 Thank you for the comment. I am currently doing a series on morality and ethics. If you liked this one I am sure you will find the others very simliar in that they are straight forward answering questions from the Bible.
