How to use Jing

this sux!!!! i tryed to capture Silkroad Online but it take a pictyre after 3 sec, tann it w8 and take a new pic after 3 sec it suxxxxxxxx

no it means that when i press recording and it start recording and just record my detskop, it works normaly but when i open Silkroad Online it just take pic, than it w8 3 sec and take a pic again!!!! this sucks dosen't even works on games =.=

ok sooooo i had the same problem. it might be the microphone you are using. i used a like really old headset then i switched to a nice new one. It might also be because it is broken. Check in another one of my videos about a different kind of screen recorder, download it and see if your voice shows up. So if you need more help just ask me. And if it doesn't work tell me

were you using jing when u made the vid? how do u zoom with the green box and stuff and the click and green circles around the mouse??
