Rnb is soul music; it's about feeling it, singing with it. He's wonderful when he stays on the main melody, but when he dips down a half a semitone lower/semitone lower to make it a little more jazzy when he isn't feeling it, it really worries me. I personally think he's a great singer, and I like his songs. And of course it's original, and I appreciate his efforts I really do, but it just doesn't work it for him.
