I like this idea for clients wanting to either buy or sell a home in northern NJ. With rebates and no interest loans available to do the work, its a no brainer.

Exellent video! Keep up the good work. We have a similar program in Austin, but it is a huge mess. Most of the people I talk to wouldnt do it again because our energy company advertises the crap out of the program, but then wont answer the phone, when they do, they dont know anything about the program, which has hundreds of pages of rules to follow. The program is so inefficient and confusing, that many homeowners wind up better off without the program....cheaper contractors...no BS. It Sux!

Very nice, how much did doing all of this cost?
And what about adding soar panel and wind technologies for powering the lights and small things like laptop and rechargable devices?
And what if you use the attic for storage or actually need to get in the attic to install something at a later date?
How would you safely move/walk in the attic when the beams are covered up like that?
