I think, especially around the eyes and the nose bridge he does indeed look like Arnold. I think he is Arnold's son because Michael was pretty adamant he was afraid of Joe's DNA being passed. I don't think there is anything wrong if Michael used donors for parents of his kids, that does not mean they loved Michael or any less or he is any less their father, I wish they would allow the DNA testing and just end the topic once and for all.
