I only use the leave-in conditioner for kinky curly hair and it works great for my 4a type hair. I love the smell too! I've finally found a conditioner that moisturizes well, I'm afraid to try anything else 'cause this already works for my hair.
The model in the video is a woman. LOL! I just bought the curl activating cream for curly/kinky hair. I've read many reviews n now I'm kind of debating on taking it back or keeping it. I haven't opened the jar yet...
i bought the Curl Enhancing leave-in on a whim from Return to Eden (It was on sale--$4.99). I love it!!! I didn't know the line had a formula for curly to kinky hair (i'm on the kinky end of the spectrum). I will be giving the Curl Activating leave-in a try (hopefully they have it in the WF near me).
Just purchased, three items of the product line (Curly to Kinky Shampoo Leave In Conditioner and Curl activating cream) this weekend from Wholefoods. The product came highly recommended by the Wholefoods staff!!!! I must say, I have tried many other products and I believe I have found something that works. My curls tend to be very dry after styling. This product has allowed me to maintain a moisturized wash and go without dryness, excessivley oily hair, or build up. Loving this line
awesome waves, a real S pattern. After a few hours, I couldn't help but touch my hair, but this is a problem since my hair frizzed a bit. No worries, I then applied the curl reviving tonic, problem solved! But then I am starting to think, is this like the new "jerry curl", uh oh. I cannot walk around with a spray bottle and leave people's sofa back's all messy because of my hair product. I like it, but would love a "dryer" alternative. I just ordered KC to compare.

Then I applied the deep moisturizer left in for about 5 mins, rinsed it out and then applied the leave-in. Loved how my hair looked wet at this point! But then I reached into the jar of curl activation cream and this stuff looked and felt like "goop". A little bothered, I applied it my hair in sections and kept adding lots of water. But when I combed through some of the excess cream comes out like a cream color. Yuk!, but I worked with it anyway. Let my hair dry and WOW my hair has
I went to WF looking for KC, but saw this line. The light and soft smells of each of the products is what sold me. My hair is a between wavy and kinky (no curls). So I purchased the entire curly to kinky line. I washed my hair with the shampoo and was immediately impressed with how clean, yet moisturized my hair felt. I was a bit skeptical since this shampoo does not suds up alot.
I bought the Curl Activating SB Leave-In Cond. (from Whole Foods) this past wknd. I went to buy the KC knot to today, but I saw this one. They were the same price, but this has 4 oz. more. The ingredients are pretty much the same, that's why I didn't mind buying this one. I am really new to natural hair (like 2 wks in) so I really didn't have anything to compare it to. I do know that I am prone to dry hair and it has been good so far. My curls are shinier & they pop! May keep it or change, idk!

I would say this, at first when I applied some of the deep conditioner, I was like what da?!!!?I then applied the curl activator product to my hair, I was totally sold... This stuff works great. My hair was dry, and felt a lil brittle. However the 2 products I purchased worked beautifully on my kinky hair. Will purchase more
Wish the narrator/stylist had kinky hair then I could relate better. Just my observation.

Also when applied you really have to work it through, because it's a cream color and it seems to sit on the hair.

@Itskels24 You don't see the "color" after your hair dries. For me I can still see the product until my hair has completely dried, then it's fine.
