He danced even better on Smackdown, so I am thinking he has embraced the character and will do it well. The talking and dancing during the matches, the ladies at his side, the announcers keeping it "fun"...its perfect for him. Its not at all about the wrestling. Each match could last a minute, it doesn't matter. A few weeks from now he will be getting pops as big as Punk and Cena. How could you not be entertained? Just goes to show that Clay has the "it" factor, he can be scary or fun!

I will admit, at first I didn't like it.  I figured he must have pissed Vince off. After thinking about it, I am on-board. He isn't good enough in the ring yet to main event, which is what would be expected if he came out as "the monster". There is plenty of time for all that, he is young. This is cool; something new and refreshing. There has been a lack of unique characters. Even better was the fact that Cole and Lawler were not "prepped". Best of all...he can dance and dance well!

I don't know about the Godfather, but Rikishi was very over, and Khali was very limited; his descent from the main event was inevitable, as he really was only a big man.

Brodus Clay is significantly different - an athletic and knowledgeable big man with promo cutting capacity and loads of charisma, which is rare nowadays.
