The trip and fall were real. They left it in as an spontaneous example of what they were trying to convey in the film........The Hysteria that was Beatlemania
Serves as a reminder, the heavenward instruments, medallions, Sgt. Pepper uniforms, etc. that, as a planet, as a species, we are, one by one, losing something unique. I don't cry easily.
This is a real nice song by The Beatles. One of 2 songs done by the Beatles in 1995 for the "Anthology" series. Also like the pictures in the video. Very well put together!
at 51 seconds, you see them running from fans. then you see geroge harrison trip on his own feet, then ringo starr trips over him. is that real or is it from one of their movies they made?
@bruceyboysvideos It is at the very beginning of A Hard Days Night. I don't know for sure, but I think the fall was real. Considering John's reaction it appears to be real. But, like I said, I don't know for sure.
@WormieHerMajesty It was real. I have the movie on VHS and they have bonus thingy at the end where they talk about the movie, and Paul McCartney said that George didn't mean to trip, however they thought it was funny, so they left it the way it was lol.
I LOVE The Beatles, John was my favourite. I wish John and Goerge were still alive. R.I.P. John Lennon & George Harrison. This was writen my John as a solo song, but he was killed befor it was put on any album, the same goes for Free As A Bird, so Yoko Ono Lennon (John's 2nd wife) gave those two songs to the rest of the surviving Beatles to record. It was the first Beatles song in over 20 years.
No matter how many years go by the Beatles will always be in our hearts and so will John Lennon and George Harrison. R.I.P to you both. They've wrote a beautiful masterpiece and that's something we can look at.
uuuuh thats not john? thats a roadie re-re, thats looks nothing like John. But I guess the maker of the video must have thought it was John too? since he put him in the video. That was shot during the exact days Let It Be was shot... did John look like that in 1969? your favorite smile of Johns belongs to someone else.
I believe she was referring to the shot right before that, DC. When John pulled Ringo out of the camera shot and smiled in a goofy manner. And the roadie you're talking about is Mal Evans. He was a very close friend to all the guys, he was with them practically through their whole career. I put him in the video on purpose, just as I put in Brian Epstein, Linda McCartney, and all the other people who were important to the Fab Four.
@WormieHerMajesty Yes, they were very fond of Mal. He is also on the back cover of Sgt Pepper- standing in for Paul which is why his back is to the camera
After this vid does anyone else find it difficult to know that john and george are gone

This song kinda gets me choaked up because (1) It's a beautiful song; and (2) Lennon and Harrison are no longer with us :(
The Beatles never had an actually reunion after their break up in 1970, which is pretty sad.
LONG LIVE THE FAB FOUR!!!

Mucho mejor y más arreglada que la versión de Lennon en solitario. Hasta lo escondido era bueno. Por eso eran y son los más grandes.
