  • wow that must've taken ages to animate.

how did you make the blob, when it spread out look like the red was kinda merging into a blue colour?

  • That bit took the longest of all, and even longer to get of my desk. I made a strip of plasticine and flatened it for each frame.

  • hey reili cool vid this vid inspierd me to make my own stop motion clay animation thank youu (Y) i'd really like to knw how u got it to look like plastercine balls where flying :)

  • oh okay lol thank youu (Y):)

  • where do u buy ur plascticine?

  • just a local crafts shop, its Newplast

  • ah I remember when this video was released. I'm still amazed t all the little things taht you have added to this animation that makes this even greater. This will be my motivation to create a music video for one of my friend's band. Once again I would like to comment that even after I've seen this a long time ago the music and the video never ceases to amuse me. Very well done.

  • Thanks for the positivecomment : ). the camera was a Panasonic Mini DV NV-GS27 and it took like 3 months on and off.

  • No problem! I have the NV-GS17... Essentially what your doing is still images and making them into video, so is it possible that you could do them with a still camera (DSLR)?

  • cool as :D obviously took a lot of work - the syncing really pulls it together and the humour of the blob etc. is entertaining. thought it was gonan be a long minutes but i was wrong.

  • That was awesome, well worth the watch

  • how do u do that kind of animation wer u dont touch it i have always wondered that

  • This animation involves taking thousands of pictures. For each picture you move the model slightly and repeat this till you have your animation sequence captured. Then you put all the images into a sequence and when played back it should create motion.

  • they take a picture, move the clay person a bit, take another picture, move the clay person a bit, take the picture ect. ect.

  • How long did it take you?? The clay angel was too cute.:)

  • about 3 months on and off, thanks for the comme
