I read the emails, I read the denier misinterpretations, I read rebuttals against deniers, I read about the independent investigations of the emails. The case is essentially closed, all of the bullshit deniers tried to throw at those CRU emails just didn't stick, period. As for the whole "global cooling" hype in the 70's... that was a MEDIA FRENZY and not a scientific one. In the realm of SCIENCE (and not sensationalist media) scientists knew global warming was the reality.
One of the scientists responsible for issuing a study on global cooling stated HIMSELF that it was highly unlikely and only a small possibility (global cooling) and that the most likely outcome for the coming years/decades was that warming would remain dominant.
They've been saying the planet is getting hotter for the last 50 years... as time has gone on, the evidence has only become stronger, as expected. In the scientific world, doubt about AGW essentially ceased in the 70's. It was the MEDIA that picked up on a study talking about a potential ice-age, but even the man involved with that study stated that it was highly unlikely and that global warming was far more likely a reality. Global warming causes climate change/erratic weather.

Humans pump out over 100 times more CO2 per year than volcanoes do. And IN FACT, volcanoes pump out copious amounts of sulfur and ash into the atmosphere, which has a net COOLING effect. So... in other words, when a volcano erupts (like Mt. Pinatubo in the 90's) the Earth cools (depending upon the amount of material ejected). That being said... nothing short of a supervolcano eruption will be able to counter anthropogenic warming/CO2 rises.

No... the largest source of human emissions is from electricity generation, and by a large majority COAL. The burning of coal produces around 2000 terragrams of CO2 per year, which equates to about 2 BILLION TONS of CO2. Combine that with the rest of human emissions and we emit FAR MORE CO2 than volcanoes. Factories have very LAX standards to follow, especially in the US. The coal industry has our government by the balls, their lobbyists WRITE the damn legislation for chrissakes!

The Earth's temp cycles every 1500 years because solar plasma and rotation sync up to release less at the Earth then, and less plasma = more warming due to deflecting less cosmic radiation from hitting the Earth, resulting in more water-vapor trapping more solar heat.

If you believe that rising levels of CO2 are caused by humans, look into the Vostok Core Data. It shows that, not only has a cycle of a massive, and rapid, increase in CO2 levels every 30k years or so, but that temperature increases are not caused by CO2 increases, they are THE CAUSE of CO2 increases, the rise or decrease in temperature precedes the rise/decrease in CO2 levels. What's this mean? Manmade climate change is a hoax!
To anyone who wants the data put "Vostok Ice Core Data" into Google and look through a couple of links, but look for a paper that includes the year and CO2 levels. If you're willing to trust wikipedia, they have a graph mostly identical to the one I received from an engineer working at a large chemical company (I won't risk his career by giving anymore info than that). The only difference in the graphs is the amount of detail they go into

In the scientific world, doubt about AGW essentially ceased in the 70's. Humans pump out over 100 times more CO2 per year than volcanoes do. And IN FACT, volcanoes pump out copious amounts of sulfur and ash into the atmosphere, which has a net COOLING effect. So... in other words, when a volcano erupts (like Mt. Pinatubo in the 90's) the Earth cools (depending upon the amount of material ejected). That being said... nothing short of a supervolcano eruption will be able to counter anthropogenic warming/CO2 rises.

No... the largest source of human emissions is from electricity generation, and by a large majority COAL. The burning of coal produces around 2000 terragrams of CO2 per year, which equates to about 2 BILLION TONS of CO2. Combine that with the rest of human emissions and we emit FAR MORE CO2 than volcanoes. Factories have very LAX standards to follow, especially in the US. The coal industry has our government by the balls, their lobbyists WRITE the damn legislation for chrissakes!

So-called "Global Warming" is simply another of the earth's many cycles. I won't deny that the icecaps are melting, but I don't believe that it's entirely our fault. I'm sure we contribute to some extent, but we're not the problem! What caused the ice age? And what caused it to warm up again? Humans weren't around to cause it. The earth has been known to go through major climate changes, who says that we have to freak out about it? It's the natural order of things.

the reason why cows farts affect the atmosphere is because methane destroys the bonds in ozone molecules, and as we know ozone absorbs radiation causing sun damage to be lessened. now fumes exerted by cars contain cfc's (chlorofluorocarbons) which also eat up ozone causing the radiation to leak threw more. carbon gasses hold more heat than nitrogen and oxygen, and we have higher carbon counts in the atmosphere. which cause heat to build up warming the earth. get out its proven in green houses.

Very amusing, and while I am conservative, even reactionary, I believe that we have a marked responsibility to God to take care of what he gave us. He told us to be good stewards and by using gas guzzling cars, we are not being! I don't buy into this climate change crap, what I do buy into is the horribleness of pollution. At our hospital the poor often don't pay anything and the costs are shifted to the next person. I also have a handicap but in spite of it I have achieved much more than the average man and I love to work. If we have a government that controls fairness we are the slaves and they are the masters.

If you believe that rising levels of CO2 are caused by humans, look into the Vostok Core Data. It shows that, not only has a cycle of a massive, and rapid, increase in CO2 levels every 30k years or so, but that temperature increases are not caused by CO2 increases, they are THE CAUSE of CO2 increases, the rise or decrease in temperature precedes the rise/decrease in CO2 levels. What's this mean? Manmade climate change is a hoax!

To anyone who wants the data put "Vostok Ice Core Data" into Google and look through a couple of links, but look for a paper that includes the year and CO2 levels. If you're willing to trust wikipedia, they have a graph mostly identical to the one I received from an engineer working at a large chemical company (I won't risk his career by giving anymore info than that). The only difference in the graphs is the amount of detail they go into
