It was produced by the "April 26th Children's Film Studio" (a.k.a. "SEK Studio"). This studio has produced many animated shorts from children and has in recent years worked on subcontracted efforts from western productions in Europe and elsewhere (even the South Korean studios sometimes send the work up there).

What you see now is a restoration of the site done by the North Koreans. Albeit it may be somewhat propaganda-ish, it's still a very important site even for South Koreans hence, the government of South Korea denoted the heritage as a National Treasure of South Korea

One thing I'd like to point out though was what the person did at 1:33 was absolutely disrespectful, be it to North or South Korean. Even though North and South are now divided, that heritage has a significant meaning for both countries.
Otherwise, I'd like to show my sincerest appreciation for showing such an amazing footage of videos, capturing the true face of North Korea. I will recommend this video to many of my colleagues, who were also interested in finding out the current state of NK.

@cbradley1391 No, the tomb is not fake. During the Japanese occupation of Korea, much of the tomb was looted by the Japanese forces and the site was heavily devastated. What you see now is a restoration of the site done by the North Koreans. Albeit it may be somewhat propaganda-ish, it's still a very important site even for South Koreans hence, the government of South Korea denoted the heritage as a National Treasure of South Korea

Truths emerge from facts;but they dip forward into facts again and add to them;which facts again create or reveal new truth (the word is indifferent) and so on indefinitely. The 'facts' themselves meanwhile ARE NOT TRUE. THEY SIMPLY ARE. Truth is the function of the beliefs that start and terminate among them. That's all.

@monkeetime There is no ABSOLUTE LOGICAL EXPLANATION as to the nature of the Universe and everything that surrounds you: from the atoms in the table you sit on to the "edges" of our Universe. Quantum mechanics and science in general doesn't deal with ABSOLUTE explanations, they just come and take what was placed before them - "laws" of physics, math and elements, none of the above was created by us! All we do is learn about connections that were placed there before we even appeared here

@monkeetime Because everyone possesses a spiritual self whether it be a doctrine or just a list of principles we abide by. life in itself is a personal religion we learn from our trials and successes and seek truth. There is nothing wrong with being a sheep (as you call people of religion) if it gives you peace and comfort and fulfills your needs. I find people who claim no religion to be far more Narcissistic and judgmental and less forgiving then most religions.I respect others.
