@XeresKyle Honestly though, while games are technically longer, and better, very few of them match up to the heart and playability of the classics. For example, Final Fantasy 13 doesn't come even close to being a better RPG than FF VI. I know FPS games are all the rage these days, but compare Halo or Call of Duty to classics like Goldeneye and Timesplitters... sure, they look better, but from a fun perspective, they just don't match up.

@XeresKyle Well, compare Final Fantasy 13 to Final Fantasy 6, which one did you have more fun playing? What has more re-playability? A lot of the games now are technically better, but people are putting less heart into the games. Even when it comes to the most popular current genre, FPS games, compare Halo & Call of Duty to Goldeneye N64 and Time Splitters, and you will see they just aren't as fun as the classics.

@darkoblivion231 If your a HALO fan, you may want to consider watching them. They're quite good for standalone episodes. If you don't know anything about HALO, don't bother watch it.

They do have a 40minute episode explaining the story of Halo, but it's kind of hard to exlpain what happened in EVERY game/novel in 40mins.
