Man that movie is gnostic. The problem with this movie is that there is not only once Satan represented in the movie so you can't tell "Jesus is here and Satan is there". When we talk about gnosticism we talk about roots of satanic New age and fallen doctrines. I enjoyed the message. Yes I do believe that in the Son of Gods name there is power, but I don't believe using His name improperly gives Glory.

I will. The problem with this video is that offers some good analogy together with blasphemies that I mention, and also mixes a few things up. I suggest our brother to revise this video or to remove it. Jesus is freedom but the whole movie is satanic - red and blue represent two colors of satanic symbolism when mixed togeter: yin/yang, baphomet snakes... the problem is that the whole movie is based on satanic symbolism and it better should not be used to explain God.

Man that movie is gnostic. The problem with this movie is that there is not only once Satan represented in the movie so you can't tell "Jesus is here and Satan is there". When we talk about gnosticism we talk about roots of satanic New age and fallen doctrines. I can take a look at what you say but as full of masonic/gnostic/satanic symbolism (one more example checkered floor and No 101) - it is simply not suitable for Christian points.

What worries me is that when Satan is represented somewhere, it doesn't have to mean that Jesus is there too. We like to construct things. Our friend nicely noted that blood of Jesus is release and freedom from the slave system, but the point is lost in full context of the movie. What especially worries me is that together with this presentation holiness of Jesus' name is denied and Christianity presented as man-based, and not on blood of Jesus...

And somewhere in Acts some people try to cast out an evil spirit in the name of "you know who" of which Paul speaks, and the spirit replies, i know of jezus and i know of Paul, but who are you , and he kills these men (or something along those lines,) so that is a biblical fact that would support what he is saying.

Well, whatever people do, or "use" the name of the father for is on them. All I know is that Jesus tells us to "ask" and we shall "receive". Whatever we need He will provide, and whosoever calls upon the name of the Lord shall be heard. YOU are the one who posted a "message" and the message is that there is no "power" in the Name of the Lord, and I say (according to what my Father has told me) that there IS. His name is ALL powerful. John 14:13,14, Acts 16:16-18, Philipians 2:9,10, Acts 3:16, and more. You're also using an evil movie to state your point. In a fat period of apostacy from me when I was stuck in the army I kind of fell away, I ddn't stop believeing in Jesus but unlike now, then I was kind of using him as a vending machine, or want I suppose. Now most of my prayers are pleas to change me internally more so I'm not a plastic striver.

@christinaj...get in God's Word daily and pray asking God for his wisdom...In Peter it says as new born babes DESIRE the sincere milk of the Word..."most" Christians spend more time on computer/T.V. because of their "lack" of desire for his wisdom...When God gives the humble his Spirit their lifestyle changes drastically, and hours and hours of studying and praying becomes a normal lifestyle...Leaving NO time for "self", because we serve God and those around us.
