I love Yzma, so very much. She's so original. She's pretty easy-going for a villain, doesn't mind doing work when she has to, is a flexible boss, I don't find her nearly as hideous as everyone says she is, she has actual malicious intent, is actually threatening, and she's just so gosh darn witty! Not to mention Eartha Kitt was a PERFECT voice match...
