@vothanhminh1971 thats true air friction can slow things down, since air is made of molecules. How-ever in a complete vaccume, whith out any moecules things all fall at the same speed.
@niflap a tenis ball weights 58grs a basketball weighs 80grs. Thats 20 grams difference right there, I think thats a pretty good difference for an at home demo :)
@jamesooo123 Yup and th hammer & feather hit the ground at the same time. The feather hits the ground at the same time because there is no atmoshere on the moon to slow the feather down :)
...only if air friction is not taken into account...

Basketball isn't much heavier, as most of its superior volume consists of air that inflates it.

On one of the apollo missions they did this with a hammer and a feather XD
