If our current levels of less than 400 is such a threat, how did we survive those spans of time?

Earth's greenhouse gasses are more than 80% water vapor, and less than 5% co2. And of all atmospheric co2, less than 3% is from human activity. So even if the greenhouse effect was the Only heat, humans are < 0.15% of it.

@substanti8 CO2 is a trace gas. The only danger it poses is related to the atmospheric response to increased CO2 levels. Namely, that it leads to more water vapor (the most important greenhouse gas BTW). We have learned in the last 20 years that all the models and hysteria are based on a FALSE assumption about how much water vapor will enter the atmosphere due to an increase in CO2. There is no SCIENTIFIC reason to impede 3rd world progress and destroy western economies.

The current atmospheric concentration of CO2 is about 400 ppm. Botulism toxin is lethal at a blood concentration of about 0.00001 ppm.

Yet by your "logic" such a concentration of botulism couldn't possibly be dangerous.
