I think the govt of Bangladesh has to take alot of the responsibilty in not investing in areas outside Dhaka. Thiere is no decentra;isation policy, the rest of the country has poor infrastructure and inadequate hosuing, sanitation. Bottom line is the govt does'nt care about the people and simply is'nt doing enough. Ibeleieve they exploit climate refugees to receive foreign aid that doesnt reach the worst affected due to corruption. I applaud your hard woak and awareness of the situation
