My home doctor is a close friend of ours and a hypnotist, he recommended me to see your videos and that you could give me some advice on how to put people to sleep. I admire your videos truly.
My father's home doctor is a close friend of ours, and a hypnotist. He says I should watch videos and find advice before learning. Can you please give me some advice?
For example; would it be a higher task to hypnotize a UFC champion than a normal teenager since a UFC champion reflexes are more reponsive in making a decision move mentally and phycally.
And asking a different way, Do less suggestable people just need more rapport and preparation with NLP and other techniques.
@gaonasteve31 Everyone is different however everyone has an internal strategy and once you discover that then you are 90% of the way there....... enjoy!
If only someone wud hv taught me hypnosis back when I was in college! There are a few girls who I think deserved to be hit by the power of the unconscious mind!!!
wait i am confused. Do you have to tell someone you are about to hypnotize them or relax him or sometime? Im so confuzed. I am really interested in learning how to do this, but is it safe? Hello , Could you tell me if you prepped this guy before the Rapid Induction? In other words .. did you use embeded suggestions or convincers. or was he straight up alert and normal before the rapid induction.. I'm studying hypnosis and am looking for a good instruction video.. so far I'm very impressed with the video's of yours on youtube.
@SleepNow Thanks for the quick reply. And a quick note to the thick idiots who choose to slag you off, I have seen with my own eyes a good friend put into trance by the hand shake induction and then the hypnotist used some deepeners to send him into a deep trance state. My friend happened to be a skeptic before hand.. Now like me, he is also studying hypnosis. So either add something constructive or go and watch South park video's on you tube...
Is self hypnosis really possible then? I mean you can't really shock yourself any more than you can tickle yourself, so this seems to say that self hypnosis is nearly impossible.
People hypnotize themselves everyday.... usually in front of a playstation ;-) Be careful what you allow into your mind as it can become a belief which is how hypnosis works.
THIS INSTANT HYPNOSIS IS UTTER RUBBISH.... IT IS LITERALLY AND TOTALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO JUST WALK UP TO ANYONE AND DO WHAT THIS GUY IS DOING.. THE SUBJECT HAS ALREADY BEEN PROGRAMMED TO RESPOND TO ANYTHING THIS GUY SAYS..... TRUST ME..... I AM A HYPNOTIST.....
If you were a "hypnotist" then you should know how to produce trance states with anyone. I would encourage you to seek further proper training. And don't raise your voice.
This is not hypnosis, it's humbug. I've tried this hundreds of times and finally come to the conclusion that; ALL YOU DO IS PINCH OR PRESS NERVES IN THE PERSONS NECK WICH CAUSES THEM TO BLACKOUT. This is martial arts not hypnosis..... Try doing the same without holding the victims neck.
No pinching, no nerves squeezing, no martial arts. Just pure hypnosis. I would encourage you to get proper training and you will also be able to do this with anyone.
my issue with this is that I want to see someone start to fall over by themselves not be pulled over. If I'm a volunteer and someone yelled in my face like that it would shock me (like you said) and make my wiring freak out for a split second. long enough for you to pull my head over and down and once you're there you would feel obligated to cooperate. not saying this is not possible but you cant discount the people who are not affected but dont want to ruin your show etc.
i TRIED EXACTLY AS HE DID ON VIDEO i'VE GOT PUNCH FROM A FRIEND. i TRIED MANY PEOPLE & NEVER WORKED. i TOLD TO MY FRIEND TO DO THIS METHOD & NEVER WORKED EITHER.
how the first you told him to stay straight you had to hold him up but at the end of the video you told him the same thing and you didnt have to hold him
Because in the trance state all is literal.... so the earlier suggestion was responded to........ plus when you get the video how to hypnotize at sleepnow dot com you'll discover that by indirect suggestion all is well.......
For an odd reason i have the urge to pay you to put me asleep, capture it on camera, and re-post it on youtube. Right now i am stunned at the mastery of the human phycology (P.S love the dreads man!)
Very carefully ;-) Hypnosis is a state of "mind", not body. One can move, breathe, sneeze, scratch and other things. The subconscious mind responds to direct suggestions as we did when little children. It does what it is told as long as there is no deeper internal conflicts. Interesting right?
@SleepNow I am aware of the fact that there are many case studies supporting hypnosis as a practice, but not the sort of hypnosis you are claiming to have mastery of here. There are also a number of case studies that debunk hypnotic techniques such as this one. Non-state theorists spend entire careers working against this type of thing. If you can actually induce someone into a subconscious state that rapidly, it would be evident on any monitoring equipment.
@SleepNow Not quite zero. I actually attended one of these seminars and volunteered myself for a similar demonstration. I had no preconceived notions on the subject and complied with all of the commands I was given. It didn't work at all. You don't have to wait for me to do a study. Submit your name and professional experience as a volunteer at any major school of psychology. I'm certain there are many up and coming doctors who would be happy to do their graduate thesis defense on your field.
It seems as if the individual in which you were working lacked advanced hypnotic skills. I've seen it happen over and over again. You just need to find a very competent hypnotherapist to work with! Good luck and feel free to submit my name anywhere. Have trance will travel.
@SleepNow If you wanted to participate in a study it is not hard to find professionals to cooperate. It would be most beneficial to you to do so. You would be a credit to your profession and have the honors of advancing the understanding of the human psyche through the collection of testable empirical data. I encourage you to continue your practice if it is as you claim it to be, but do so under the flag of science. I will remain skeptical until proof is available to review.
SleepNow has nothing to prove. After 25 years hypnotizing over 1,000,000 worldwide it is a craft. So if you want to fund a study, let me know. I'm busy hypnotizing people 4 now.
Funny how the subconscious doesn't actually work this way. Ever wonder why Psychologists laugh at these idiots. Good job scam artist. You are pulling off the same trick as the ridiculous martial arts "masters" who claim to be able to attack opponents with "chi," which is Japanese for "bullshit."
Actually the subconscious does act this way. Psychologists learn from hypnotists because hypnotherapy is like jet fuel to the process. I invite you to continue to actually study this art.
@SleepNow Umm, I'm not sure if you know this, but the Psychiatric and Psychological medical community is divided on whether or not Hypnosis is a viable practice at all. Most of those who do support it's practice and value their credibility as a professional would do well to stay away from things like this. The subconscious is not so easily accessed as you attempt to portray in this "example" above. Have your "patient" monitored by an EKG and see what areas of the brain remain active.
@SleepNow I suggest you subject yourself to the same scientific scrutiny that the rest of the medical and scientific community must undergo when they wish to make fantastic claims. Perform this "art," as you call it, under lab conditions with psychologists and psychiatric specialists in attendance. Publish your findings if they prove to be as you suspect and shut people like myself up. However until you manage to do this and show proof, I will continue to call bullshit.
If you'd like to fund a study, count me in! There are already countless studies validating the use of hypnosis so I would encourage you to do your own research and prove it to yourself. Best of success~

You can hypnotize a person to do anything their creative mind can follow, however I wouldn't hypnotize a person to fly a plane and go for a ride with them... unless they were already a pilot.. that would be suicide.
A person even in hypnosis will only do that which is within their "normal" range of abilities.
What you can do though is hypnotise them to increase their confidence in gymnastics in general, focus on how they are going to do the back flip and concentrate as they perform it. This may already have been within their ability, but you are directing them to it and helping them do what they are already have the potential for.
My home doctor is a close friend of ours and a hypnotist, he recommended me to see your videos and that you could give me some advice on how to put people to sleep. I admire your videos truly.

I happen to know someone who uses hypnosis in a rather arrogant way.
I know, you can't really get people to do things they don't want.
But it is rather easy convincing someone to (for instance) project a psychological addiction to the therapist himself.
I have seen that persons patients and all of them get ill when they don't see him for long enough.
I am sure that you can help allot of people with it, but it CAN be very dangerous if the therapist is unskilled (or very skilled but "crazy").

You can hypnotize a person to do anything their creative mind can follow, however I wouldn't hypnotize a person to fly a plane and go for a ride with them... unless they were already a pilot.. that would be suicide.
A person even in hypnosis will only do that which is within their "normal" range of abilities.

That is awesome.........can you actuallly hypnotize someone to do something they never could do for example a backflip or fly a plane?

What you can do though is hypnotise them to increase their confidence in gymnastics in general, focus on how they are going to do the back flip and concentrate as they perform it. This may already have been within their ability, but you are directing them to it and helping them do what they are already have the potential for.
