Most of the picture follows the typical structure of a winx fairy, except for the black part. I does quite fit another the middle and the stripes are off. It definitely looks like Mirta though.

Mirta used to be in Cloud Tower, as a witch. But she never fit in because she was too nice, like a faerie. Later, she transfered to Alfea where the Wix Club were, and before that she got turned into a pumkin by the Trix sisters, who tried to hurt the Winx Club and Mirta stepped in and that's how she got turned into a pumpkin. Flora then took her in and continued to try and restore her to her normal form and that lasted for about 6 or 7 episodes.

For all we know Mirta was just a fairy who hadn't gained her wings yet and thought she was a witch. Her life is so shadowed in secrets we have no clue about Mirta..And I believe to gain an Enchantx you have to be a full blooded fairy to begin with...not a halfie..because with witch blood you can't go to being a full fledged fairy. So, if Mirta has an Enchantx then I am guessing she was a full blooded fairy to begin with.
