I would have balkman in the gym for at least an hour and half lifting weights. I think he's good but he's got to put some muscle and thickness on his body. Combine the weight training with stretches to keep loose and flexible, he would be even more dangerous.

@WilsonT011 He may not be an offensive player but the guy can dunk. Besides, the Knicks got him just to improve the team on defense. You have Melo and Amare for offensive and along with Fields and Tony/Bibby/Shumpert in scoring as well who ever starts at PG. Shumpert and Bibby will improve that bench along with Harrellson and they have some other guys on the bench for depth. Knicks are pretty set. Hopefully they can win a championship this season. MSG going to be electric this season.
