@Weslo2 In the 90's UK cops experimented with shock-strips. Like regular stingers (spike-strips) wired up to an EMP generator. Problems with handling and reliability forced it to be delayed indefinitely.

@TheTruemouse yeah but sometimes newer cars are better.. and yeah they got electronic but hey man... they wont use this unless your bin laden(which obviously is impossible since he died) and that you would have planted 45 bombs and racing for your life... then they would use those.. otherwie they never use them :)
