  • What a song man....! however sad I am....whatever sorrows are there...the moment i listen to this song, i forget them..and life seems beautiful...it is not a delusion, but a door that opens up the nice things one tends to forget and instead dwell on the other side...! Music has served its purpose just through this song!

  • This actress is so beautiful. She looks like Nargis.

  • Thanks for uploading this song. It s one of my favourite duets. Beautiful composition by Laxmikant Pyarelal and superbly sung by Mukesh and Lata Mangeshkar. A very memorable song and movie as well.

  • another gr8 song from rafi

  • @jksam14 This is not Rafi saab but Mukesh and Lata Mangeshkar.

  • wonderfull

  • OLD is gold.. very true......

  • i sing this song to .... i very like this song.....

  • 'shor' means high intensity sound, whereas 'sor' here means when wind passes through some trees.please don't get confused.

  • 'shor' means high intensity sound, whereas 'sor' here means when wind passes through some trees.

  • nutannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

  • I'm just curious about something: I say "shor" for "sound" in Hindi, but he corrects her and says "sor." How many people here say "shor" instead of "sor"? This "sh" versus "s" thing gets me crazy!

  • @SummerOnTheBeach "sor" is how rural people say in their sweet language. "Shor" is how city people say and that's how they teach in text books.

  • @ThinkingGuy100 I understand that, but I am curious how many people say "sor" instead of "shor." I have noticed that a lot of Pihari people speak like this too like "naasta" instead of "naashta." Even my last name get switched from "Sharma" to "Sarma." LoL. I was merely taking a survey.

  • @SummerOnTheBeach

    Kyon 'shor' kar rahe ho?

    Kahe 'sor' karat rahe ho?

  • whoz this losenes does not like this song

    awesome song

  • @safiyadud bull shit

  • mukesh is the best but one thing i want to mention in old day there were three legends Mukesh Rafi and Kishore

  • nice one

  • Nice song.

  • lata is a national..nay, international treasure.

  • Mukesh seems superior in this particular song than many of his colleagues due the sole 'Superior Lyrics by Anand Bakshi' and Immortal Lata. Though Mukesh Ji is my 2nd best after Rafi, but in this song he surpasses anyone due to the 'Team Effort'. The Lyricst deseverd a Filmfare for this song, he got nominated but lost to 'Gulshan Bawra' for 'Mere Desh Ki Dharti' of 'Upkar', may due to 1965 war post-ultra patriotism, least Mere Desh ki Dharti was awesome too.

  • @abundela76 mukesh can never match rafi, FACT rafi won't need a team and did not. I could give ten rafi songs better than this. im not hating on mukesh or this song. Fact is FACT RAFI WAS DA BEST

  • @kamscall

GAVASKAR NEVER BECAME BRADMAN, SACHIN NEVER BECAME GAVASKAR BRADMAN IS BRADMAN, GAVASKAR IS GAVASKAR, AND SACHIN IS SACHIN, EVERY ONE IS THEIR OWN IDENTITY SO DONT CAMPARE ..................

GAVASKAR NEVER BECAME BRADMAN, SACHIN NEVER BECAME GAVASKAR BRADMAN IS BRADMAN, GAVASKAR IS GAVASKAR, AND SACHIN IS SACHIN, EVERY ONE IS THEIR OWN IDENTITY SO DONT CAMPARE ................

  • @amitE006 CRICKET IS BORING

HE said mukesh surpass rafi i simply replied tp his opinion with mine

  • beautiful song.....

  • I am pakistani born, my nani use to speak in this UP dialect....very emotional

  • Raag pehri.........this language in the song is actually from Rewa.. my native place

  • Best ever duet, till date. Still I will put off everything while listening this song.

This is original comment made by some other user, credits to him: Nutan, an epitome of Indian womanhood.

  • why is it that indian movies are just a bad version of american movies today why cant they just make movies like they use to for indians , the songs that they use are just awful..

  • @johnny75zx2 I think people like you (and me) like to live in america and similarly people in india also want to experience the same. Nothing wrong in it !!!

  • @johnny75zx2 You're right... we should complain in large numbers to the film industry!

  • Wow you people are fucking nuts, can you not appreciate a good song without bringing in the borders between you!!!!

  • @jaycrazyman Exactly right! These people are the masters of their own destruction, Imperialist style!

  • @jaycrazyman

No, because you are YOU and WE are WE INDIANS...Uh Uh Uh....

  • @bisregeet you are right, I am me, I am human before I am anything else, its a shame you cannot see that without the borders you are one people!!!

  • @jaycrazyman What good song?

  • @jaycrazyman well said my friend, but honestly.......let these idiot who don't appreciate a good song be a JABRONY ASS and let them think for themself for once, WHAT IS A GOOD SONG....................

  • People who say Bollywood songs are mostly in Urdu need to do some research on languages. You cannot separate the two languages unless it is in a written for ie Urdu in Persian-Arab script and Hindi in Devnagri script and they are mutually intelligible.

It is worth mentioning that Urdu was developed in India when non standard HINDI was influenced by Persian / Arabic languages during Mughal period. Please don't talk poop if you don't know what you are talking about.

  • Really beautiful : but the buffering makes somewhat irritating.

  • beautyful Urdu song, the world most sweet&expressive langauge Urdu.

  • @poissondelamer BOSS IT IS NOT URDU SONG, ITS A TIPICALLY A HINDI UP BASED SONG OKKKK REMEMBER

  • @ajays0202

Actually this song is 99% Urdu, exactly similar to every single 'Hindi' song in the Bollywood movies.

  • @DracoNobilis he's saying "sor" and not "shor"... it's more of a hindi dialect of UP

  • When dis song was playing on tv once, my grandma was also humming this song, now she is no more... whenever i listen to dis tears roll out of eyes :'''(
