  • thumbs up if you were stupid enough to pause the video and read all the descripetions :L

  • thanks scooby :) you always help and motivate me hah

  • thanks for clearing this matter up scooby :DD

I was worried bout figuring out my body type but now i don't need to.

  • I have average length arms, my wrists and arms are pretty thin, so are my legs. They don't have fat on them I just have fat in my middle, man boobs and belly but not too big. I'm 18% body fat, 173cm tall, 55.7 kg and 14 years old. What body type am I?

  • I was wondering if the actual shape of muscles vary from person to person? Because my brother is in the army and is pretty big, yet his arms arent as tall as most guys.

  • @RichardGlitz

It worked for me as well. Im a personal

trainer & I got this program from a friend

to check it & the result was stunning cause

this program was almost the same as one

given by the dietician. I fully recommend

it to everyone who want to have a great

    body like mine :)

PS= You mispelled the site name. Its:

    MusclesMaximizer.info

  • Hey! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my GF got hot 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of belly fat with it.

  • i feel sorry for the ecto's

  • 2:22 I read all that shit and was having a hard time telling them apart. Then realized the were exactly the same, then I ate a cake because I felt like such a loser

  • LOL you're too funny! (I get it)

  • Lol i'm new to scooby, is he sarcastic? cos that chart is copy pasta.

  • @MichaelJrSingleton he was joking the first few minutes and about the chart.

  • i looked at the chart lol

  • 110 percent.

  • big boned or fat, I LOLD

  • shhhhiiit i was listening to this so intensely and then i got punk'd with a joke

  • It really does matter what your body type is. You have to adjust the amount of reps/sets your doing in your workouts along as your diet. This guys Jimmy Struthers

  • @XxUnknownkillax not true. im an ecto and i tried the quick tmw workouts. when i started workoing out with high volume 5 days a week thats when i grew. not 3 days for 40 mins. 5 days with an hour

  • Scooby, how much sleep is enough? I have to get up for school or work 5 am everyday except sunday I can sleep in. It takes me time to get to sleep so I usually get about 6 hours of rest a day. I feel really tired and feel I need to take naps throughout the day but I withold and am able to be active and eat well. On sunday when I have off I sleep 10 hours. Is this good for building?

  • @EricLesher 90 minutes is a full cycle, sleep works in cycles.

  • Scooby i got a question i bought the shake weight u think i can get muscles fast with this device??

  • @MrJasonking96 absolutely not. I hope your a troll.1) You can't gain muscle fast. 2) the shake weight is a joke that won't do anything for you

  • @MrJasonking96 No, sorry. I think it's on his wall of shame.

  • my cuzin is prity lucky his bones are really large in size. his overwait but the he looks lighter than what he is with large muscular legs instead of his upper body. why is that is that all lucky genetics?

p.s he doesn't work out every week.

  • how big can a wery very skinny guy get?

  • You have a nice garden!

  • Man your camera is freaking amazing...love the 1080p

  • OMG this guy is a goofy! He just said the same thing 3 times in a row. LMAO

  • @wvjon75 That's the whole point of the video :)

  • @scooby1961 actually forget that, haha, I saw your legs on another video :)

  • @scooby1961 what are your legs like? are they defined, and proportioned to your upper body? I'm only asking because we don't see your legs?

  • Dude! You are freakin' hilarious! Cut through the BS like a hot knife through butter. Love it!

  • Translation

    Ectomorph = Skinny

    Endomorph = Fat

    Mesoporph = Muscular

  • @MrHalfdan you can be inbetween bodytypes aswell..and ive seen mesomorphs that are fat so your "translation" really sucks

  • @MrHalfdan Bullshit :-)

  • @MrHalfdan Meso-porph? lol!

  • @Oblivion2550 Sorry i misspelled it..

  • Do i have to eat more since im pretty skinny or do i have to eat less calories and do more workout?

  • @ZaLienn Eat MORE cals dummy

  • TROLOLOLOL

  • Haha i pause the picture and it all was the same ...u got me again scoob

  • I know people with very wide shoulders but their rib cage has hardly any depth. Myself I am 6' 4" 245 with ecto hands (long fingers) but my wrists and other bones are large. I definitely have an "ecto" face but I put on muscle fairly easily even ones I don't train like calves (19-20 inch). You can try to generalise, but I know so many exceptions to the "rules". Just train hard, and don't stress about a dated body type theory. Maybe there is a trend, but it isn't the be all and end all.

  • HEY... who you callin FAT? I'm big boned. : ||

  • @1fatbastard LOL at ur username!

  • hahaha nice 1 man, btw ur vids r AWESOME!!

    :D

  • you crack me up, scoobs.

  • @CudiUnbeatable i hear ya pall

  • @CudiUnbeatable for bodybuilding - it's not the best body type. Hard (in some case even impossible) to gain mass.

    It's better that it's a mix - ecto-mesomorph or ecto-endomesomorph.

    When it's a true ectomorph it's scary :)

  • @CudiUnbeatable ? explain

  • @CudiUnbeatable Not really, endo is the worse IMO

  • fail vid

  • I'm lucky, I'm a mesomorph =D

  • Thanks, Scooby, for reminding me of the simplicity of it all. :)

  • hahaha Scooby you are so clever to make your point! :-D

  • i workout for 7 months i am 67kg 17years old and i can bech 1-2x 75kg is it good?

  • @mistervova11 Oh boy as scooby says this is wrong in so many ways.

  • Comment removed

  • @MrGoldfischentsafter why its not good?

  • Comment removed

  • @MrGoldfischentsafter dude that's what i do i just told my max at good form at benchpress... i always workout 4x8-12 and legs i only train calves

  • @mistervova11 Can you put a photo up of yourself? I feel like having a laugh.

  • @MrGoldfischentsafter dude i am muscular like hell i can squat with my back 130kg and deadlift 180kg i think im power powerlifter then bodybuilder and i am so strong i ccan fuck you up with my fist. I measured the power of my fist hit and it was 461kg professional boxer has 450kg+ world champions 650kg+ i can fuck you up dude. I am so fucking strong all scared of me at high school

  • @mistervova11 nice, good work. keep it up.

  • truth is ALL ectomorphs grow out of it around 21-25

i did and i was skinny as fuck, all i had to do was eat

  • Lol if your big boned......or just fucking fat as fuck.

  • im fat :(

  • i know u dont bench and stuff. but do u atleast do hang clean and jerk and snatch?

  • Comment removed

  • I have to ask something, what if you train hard but dont get enough sleep? Should you just stop training then?

  • @iamjosef12345 get more sleep wats the problem

  • Mesomorph here!:D

  • So basically all types have the same workout. Got it.

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

  • lol ok i was starting to think that this guy was slow or something in the beginning

  • The ecto, meso, endo thing is SO gay, and so is the talk about red hot or cold metabolisims.

  • The real message of this video begins at @2:25 ppl!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • 02:15 Im like - Huh , is it me or they are all the same o.O

  • lool i only clocked when he said its the same for each body type

  • auf wiedersehn! :)

  • Go to my channel and go to my website, and buy some of my products, no scams, just good info needed to progress in the gym

  • SCOOBY i enjoy all of your videos. you really know what you're talking about and your stuff is very helpful. im a big fan.

  • Haha gotta love the Scoob :]

  • @scooby1961 why are the first two 105% and the second 110% is that on purpose or just lost track of numbers ?

  • well im 4 months into my training and im seeing results :D bigger muscles and lower ab fat but thats cuase i rotate by lifting and doing cardio at least 20-30 min... of course i kinda messed up with a small slip of party drinking but hey im only human :p

  • starwars at end

  • Sorry ectomorph's but you'll find you respond better to high reps rather than low contrary to what others think. European Journal of Applied Physiology states that people with ACE II Genes will not get much bigger with low reps, stronger defiantly. Most of their results come from 12-15 reps.

  • I have 9% bodyfat, but a lot of water.

    How can I loose that?

  • what's these videos about lower carbs. if i eat low carb diet i still get 160 grams of carbs(complex carbs that is). will it interfere with my 6 pack abs quest?

  • @23viktor23 If you train enough, carbs is essential for muscle build since cells can't repair cells with just protien. If you just train and take in protien, you wouldn't go too far.

  • Hah! I LOL'ed when I realized he was saying the same thing for every type! I definately get the point. Thanks Scooby!

  • @JonnyO1985 too bad you ruined it for me, thx

  • I remember seeing that body type chart in an old book (1930ies) with descriptions of the different PERSONALITIES that go along with the types. I remember the fat one being "Jolly and jovial" or some crap, the slender one being "noble and honorable" etc. It's total bullshit. Nice job slamming it Scooby!

  • ummm he said the same thing for ecto and endomorphs

  • @slkslkbkbk, yeah, NO SHIT MAN!

  • Damn, i love you scooby. Thanks for setting it straight!!

  • i dont understand how to work out for an hour, one set of reps takes like one minute with one minute rest inbetween i would have to do 30 sets, is that right?

  • @TReoS96 just do scoobys workout

  • @TReoS96 30 sets is about right. Depends on your routine. If you do 2 or 3 body parts a day which is what you should be doing, that is 10-15 sets per muscle group. Perfect.

  • @Proud2BeAPirate

Id question the intensity being used if you can do 30 sets in a hour. If someone is starting out and just learning the basics I guess its doable since they would still be figuring out amounts to use and form.

Once someone figures out how to push themselves (some never do) those rest intervals are too small and Id bet someone would be dropping rep amounts pretty quick. Alone or with a friend we usually get about 16-18 sets in about 50 minutes and we are dead.

  • Scooby, Your Forgetting About Stress Levels.

  • ive been trying to tell people this stuff for so long. great video and information. people assume that because im a runner and built like it, that i dont know anything about working out. i just have different goals from body builders but i do what i need to to be in the best shape i want to be in.

  • your a dumb cunt, ectomorphs should train and eat completely differently to endomorphs as they need for example in this case more carbs as they have fast metabolisms

  • @myusernameis360 you know ectomorphs have fast metabolism too. thats why they stay skinny lol

  • @javensme1 thats what i said ectos need carbs, endos do not need as much

  • On the calculator page cant be found: Page Not Found

The page you are looking for is not here. You can try a Search, use the Site Navigation or return to the homepage and try again.

  • tricky mofo. nice advice

  • lol@big boned

  • Dude... so funny !!!¨ hahaha brilliant !!

  • Love it ~ ~ ^__^ hooray ectomorphs ~ !! we can do it !~ just need to hang in there !!

  • @PushkaCom YAY :) I'm trying hard.

  • Danke Scooby für das gute Video! Auf Wiedersehen

  • @wowleetomg :P

  • @scooby1961 Hi scoob, great vid but I have a question. I used your muscle-gain calculator (which is pretty cool by the way) and apparently over the next year I should be gaining around 6kg of muscle mass, provided I keep to about 2 hours of weightlifting each week. What will happen to that muscle mass estimate if you calculate in other activities such as 3 hours of rock climbing each week? Thanks.

  • This didn't surprise me :) Love your humor Scooby.

  • Haha. That was great. Funny Scoob

  • love scooby!! great info and a sense of humor. what a guy!

  • such bullshit

    nutrient timing is irrelevant

  • I was about to thumbs down untill you said it doesn't matter what your bodytype is. I agree completely :)

  • lol all three of those explanations were identical except mesomorphs train 5% harder lmfao

  • 45 people want a magic pill for muscle gain!!!

  • @rhanley33

I certainly dont, the feeling of you being able to change ur body through dedication is worth all the work :D

  • @rhanley33 It exists, it's called steroids

  • i dont agree

  • The entire body type thing has always mad me laugh over the years as I've been told I've looked like all 3 at some point in my life. Was chunky and fat during my high-school years, a rail in my late teens early 20's and not that I'd look a body builder or anything but I've filled out decently well in my mid to late 20's.

  • you dont have a muscle gain calculator page not found scoobydoo

  • you havent a clue about somato type training have you scoob?

  • hahahahahah , u made me laugh . at first i thought something is wrong here what's the difference :D:D

  • wise words at the very end of vid

  • broscience

  • you're getting fat scooby

  • forgot to mention I am 6'4 tall

  • Hey Scooby, I'm having trouble determining what body type i am. When I was 17 years old I weighed a total of 384 pounds. Now at at 21 years old I've been down to 200 pounds at my lightest and 225-230 pounds at the moment. I have a "fit" upper body and HUGE leg muscles due to when I was overweight. Its almost like I am a mix of all THREE haha! Thank you!

  • 2:25 You should have added the ' Rick roll'd ' song there! ;)

  • I fell prey to this psuedo-science.

  • im a mesomorph... woot woot

  • exactly how much sleep at we talking about? i usually get 6-7 hours..is that enough?

  • @bmxpro1995

It depends on how good the sleep is. You want to hit REM sleep which is the deep stage of sleep where your body does the most recovery. If you dont sleep well or are constantly waking up 6-7 hours likely isnt enough.

It is very important to sleep properly. Herbal Teas like 'Sleepy Time' from Celestial Seasonings, the supplements melatonin, Calms Forte, valerian, and chamomile can be a big help especially if you are like me and you cant slow your brain down at night.

  • serious honest question/statement...are you standing on something or on a slope or have a spinal issue because your lower body is crooked off center to your right. I am glad you mentioned the genetics at the end because I was like people aren't the same so that made it all good.

  • Man, I just love your sense of humor! Please more! :D

  • dem nipples so white

  • @kplovesmp2612 yeah and if u constantly work too hard u will get injured u have to have a balance

  • You Speak the Truth Bro! It's so simple..but hard for others to get through there heads! New Subscriber here!

  • I like that Comedicly-hit me off guard,"IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT BODY TYPEYOU ARE"HAHAHAH-I said the Other day-trying to lose weight without working out isliketrying to gain Muscle without Working out-BLUR

  • Your wisdom is a gift for us ;-)

  • I see what you did there. Haha.

  • What a troll.

  • I dont get by what u meant in the ending people are black and white

  • excellent video!

  • god dammit, as a mesomorph i have to give an extra 5% intensity :(

  • Genius!

  • i was so confused, realization at 1:50

  • when did your two front teeth get divorced?

  • @mrea1993 Thanks for the comment dickhead, let's see a video of you up here. Then you may comment on how people look.

  • where is hans?!

  • I've been enjoyng my focused efforts at regaining my physical fitness and health since August 2010. I like your fitness/workout philosophy AND your sense of humour and I especially like the fact that you preach 'no shortcuts' - sensible hard work in, results 'out'!

  • i usually give 104% effort so im fucked ha

  • You are a goldmine when it comes to pure facts and great advice, no bullshit from you!

  • how many times did it take you till you stopped laughing and could film properly?

  • Hey Scooby, do you have a zip file with all your videos? Id like to make sure this info is around when I have kids, (5-10yrs) just in case they are not available. Thanks!

  • sorry scooby but i think im going to have to agree with the hodgetwins on this. i think it is some what important to know what type you are so you get get the most benefit out of your work out and diet. eating right and working out will build muscle and make anyone stronger but knowing your body type and adjusting to it will give quicker results. for the everyday person it probably does not matter but if you want to be a pro in any sport i think it matters.

  • Thank you Peter Zane

  • I weigh 140lb and 6ft 2 and i have a metabolism like a black hole and I'm only 19, I wish I was 170 or 180 itll prolly take years for that to happen

  • Huh? I don't get it. How can all 3 body types have the same workout/diet etc? Correct me if I'm wrong but the somatotypes are so split not because of what they look like but due to their metabolism. Endomorphs for example have fast metabolisms, low fat storage and thin muscles and so on. Therefore they would need more calories and a heavier diet overall and heavier weights and lower reps to put on muscles mass.

  • I want to be a mesomorph! :( those types are the ones who get nice physiques even without proper diet and exercise. :( This ain't fair!!!!

  • Thumbs up if you paused at the chart lol xd

  • wieos spricht er immmer nach jedem video deutsch =D

  • lol

  • hey scooby ive a question btw ive been watching your vids a month now seen them all great help :) , last month i was 206.4 lbs but now im working really hard and im 188 lbs ive also bought i alot of gym gear for my bed room like bench press dumbells n other gear to , but my question is would it be help if i started to use protein in a shake? or should i give it another while?? thanks
